hi all, i got my deposit back. accounts are still closed. i asked if it would affect me in anyway at other Proc Cyber casinos but they didn't really answer (told me to ask Proc Cyber, who told me to ask Fortune Lounge to ask Proc Cyber. mmkay). but so far i haven't had any other problems at any other casinos so i think everything is OK and they just didn't want me as a player anymore (probably because i had won).

What happened? You got just your deposit back?

Well I got 1 of my 2 locked accounts unlocked. Progress at least. So after 7 emails and 2 weeks, with extensive documents I get 1 account unlocked. The funny thing is they sent me an email saying all my fortune lounge accounts were unlocked, and when I went into the first, supris surprise, still locked. I sent another email asking why it was still locked, perhaps they ll get back to me sometime this week.

whitteyford i'd call their telephone support and ask to talk to Oliver. he's a pleasant enough chap who seems eager to help.

Granted, so was Jeremy and Maurice (sp?) and so far nothing has been accomplished - although I hope by 1AM eastern tonite to get my deposit back.

I really think the problem lays with their security department not being the sharpest knives in the drawer, whilst their customer support has to be on the front lines trying to help the customers who are getting shafted by their security dept, all the while being fed incorrect information by the security dept!

It has been 2 days since I contacted FL about my accounts being locked, 8 days total since I sent documents, still no word back. Seems to be taking quite sometime to simply look over documentation that is all ery straight forward and legible. Im getting pretty sceptical I will ever see my deposits back. If they feel like stealing a few hundred bucks from me so be it, but I, and Im sure many others will continue to give these guys negative publicity for there all of the sudden extreme security measures. Unfortunate that they would want to take a few hundred dollars from a prospective good customer, being that I probably would have dumped in much more then that. Not the brightest business strategists out there!!

I just want to provide my own experience.
I've played 3 of their casinos, only one of them require me to send/fax documents. Other two just send their payment away and they pay fast. I've never experienced any lock up so far.
What document do they need you ask? Well it's quite a bit of hassle, they need:

neteller statement (to prove I deposit there)
bank statement (to prove I fund Neteller)
driver license
signed form
utility bill

I've told them I hate sending so many personal documents for a withdraw and hopefully they won't ask me to do it again.
As for KX, you said you deposit every week? What kinda of bonus do you get then?

hi Clayman,

perhaps "liar" is a bit harsh.. but he broke his word, and "misinformed" me more than once as to what was going on, and what he would do. And the customer service reps fed me misinformation from the get go, maybe because their security department fed them misinformation as well? I find it hard to believe their security department could be so inept and could screw something up like this.

I've never refered a friend, no. I dont wager on any account except for my own. The "security documents" that they were always talking about were to be sent ia email, not snail mail. They never mentioned once anything about snail mailing anything.

Right now I'm waiting for them to return my last deposit. An apology for all this would be nice, unlocking the accounts would be nice too but honestly, after all this who'd really want to play with them again :<

Oh now I get it - your point was the supervisor was lying?
Maybe the supervisor meant snail mail?
Heck - do you have them yet?

Did you ever "refer-a-friend"?
I've never done it for fear it would increase the liklihood of us both being branded as co-conspirators by the casino.
Number 1, anyone that is going to try to create multiple accounts would be more likely to "refer-themself" and number 2, if my friend uses the same access provider, I'm not convinced casinos use the full IP address when analyzing this stuff. Sometimes I think it's enough for them that the first six numbers are the same to raise a red flag. They are not always the brightest bulb. And number 3, if your friend plays the same games as you and bets the same way, they might think you are just going over to his house ...

zrapture; sad to see that you once again can´t provide substance to your accusations. If you are not willing to provide facts, then for gods sake don´t make the accusations.

I´m also waiting for your software/casino recommendations.

Caruso; Once again you do your best at cutting sentences out of context. No, they did not lock MY accounts. Are you saying you want me to speak about YOUR experience. Why not btw, that is what you like to do... I certainly hope you realize there´s a difference between them locking ALL accounts or locking certain accounts.

I´ve never recommended Casino On Air (although I was pretty sure you would claim it). I´ve confirmed that their software is rigged and I´ve showed that it is still possible to beat the casino. I have NOT recommended them and I would never do.

I have NOT recommended the Virtual family. Once again you LIE. You´ve claimed I´ve recommended Virtual Casino before, I never have. Still you lie about it. Neither have I recommended...

When I've had to do this nonsense, and I think I had to for a second time a few months back, at least they could attach the forms to an e-mail and I could sign them and attach them to an e-mail so the process didn't take weeks.
They are probably so busy explaining carryover WR's to every player who busted out in the past and then re-deposited, they don't have time to do their real jobs. And, after they've explained it, they don't have any players left.
Getting different stories from different CSR's seems par for the course these days.

whitteyford; This is issues I would consider big:
* MAJOR risk of not receiving cashouts.
* PROVEN rigged software.
* Breach of security by spreading player's details such as CC-numbers.
* Not honoring bonuses designed by the casino themselfs, such as the TGC-case.

I do not see the requirement for plenty of documentation as an issue at all as long as the casino is willing to accept less documents from players who have no reasonable way of providing them all.

I do see the "locking" as an issue, but in my opinion it´s smaller than the others I listed as long as the locking is likely to be temporary. However, if yours and gamblinboi's issues does not resolve in the coming weeks they do turn into big issues. Also, if this is becoming the standard of how they treat players it is also a major issue (and based on the number of suffering players that might ery well be the case here).

In this case I can not help with anything else than my experiences with the...

Bart from what I gather, they linked me to anywhere between 0 and 98 other players based on my "style of play" (that I play Blackjack. although more recent months it's been mostly Jacks or Better), that I use a hotmail email , and something about computer addresses - IP maybe?

In any case, it's silly. First they say 98 players, now it's 7. I would bet that next time I called and asked they'd give me an entirely different number again, or just tell me that the erification documents are in the mail. LOL

Please give us any details as to the how and why they have linked you and to whom those players might be. Curious.

why do casinos do this? First TGC (although I wasn't involved in that), now fortune lounge (although i seem to be one of a few right now!).. why do these casinos actively encourage you to deposit and play, and then bar you when you have money there?

why not just close the account, send an email to the player saying their play isn't welcome, and that's the end of that! Why make up all this bs about negative databases and linking to other players? And then lie about the erification forms being in the mail, and that'll sort everything out! Even the supervisor this morning tried to tell me that the erification documents had been sent last night!

What scares me the most is that these morons has the power of blacklisting you in the "industrywide shared negative database".

Okay, i'm formally requesting help from any portal owners who can help. I've pitched a bitch with the casinomeister.

To update, they say i'm linked with 98, no make that 7, no make it whatever lucky number of the minute, other players. They were also prepared to take all my money from my account. The supervisor (who btw, can leave when he wants and doesn't actually work full 8 hour shifts like he said he does) said he'd refund me my balance but so far with all the lies and BS they've been slinging, I doubt that'll happen.

Hi Gambi,

I too am going through the same process with fortune lounge. Locked account, erificationn docs, sent the info they requested about 6 days ago and still have my account locked. I sent an email asking why and they siad it was being examined still. I also have had fortune lounge accounts for some time and find it strange that all of the sudden I get my account locked. Somethings fishy right now with these guys for sure. Ill keep ya posted on if and when my account gets unlocked. I find it hard to see the logic in them locking there customers accounts though, it has definitely turned me off fortune lounge now and Im sure many more will be too.

what? Are you serious Sara?

That's crazy! That's censorship!

I'm not trying to slander/libel (whatever this may be) the FL group - like I said, they haven't really messed me around in the past, they do pay relatively quickly and all this is just an inconvenience. But I think they could go about it better, s just locking the player's account! I mentioned that to their customer service, and hopefully management will realize just locking a players account is the wrong way to go about it. Send the player an email, ask for the documents politely, don't go locking the player out!

And why? Why wouldn't this person who might go about abusing my account just open his own account? ) it doesn't make any sense.

"but so far your problems are small in my opinion."

-KX

If a number of mysteriously locked accounts, poor customer service, and requireing absurd documentation are small concerns, what is a big concern when dealing with online casinos? The only other one I can think of is not getting paid, and the erdicts still out on that one. Im sure you had a positive gaming experience at Fortune Lounge in the past, but currently many people are experiencing dificulties with them at the present. So perhaps try to add some feedback that would aid the people currently having problems with FL instead of letting us know how wonderful a casino group is that is currently offering an abundance of promotions and then proceed to lock the accounts after a deposit is made and ask for a complete banking history. So if anyone can make a relevant post on the issue that would be great!!

They did NOT lock my accounts. They were also ery understanding when I told them I could not provide all the documents. I provided the ones I could, and after that they´ve paid me quicker than any other casinos I know except the IGMs.

IFF they did not have a reason to lock your account they did wrong this time. I would guess they do have a legitimate reason however.

IFF it turns out they won´t pay you and others after having received all documents I´m going to start worrying, but so far your problems are small in my opinion.

KX fails to realize that FL is locking the accounts untill the documents are recieved. This I feel is unwarranted and an abuse of power by the casino. I have no problem sending documents, but when a casino locks my account with no justification, and then after sending the documents does not at the least send me a return email acknowledging that they recieved them and are looking into the query I begin to get a little worried. Many casinos require proper documentation, and I am fine with sending it, but FL is the first to lock my account and then ask for ID. It smells a little too much like an RTG casino, I was always lead to believe that mg casinos were more respectful of the players rights, and locking my account with no just cause of any casino iolation with my deposited money in it is ery disrespectful and unnessecary. I did recieve a response to the email I sent earlier today saying that they are still looking into the matter, which I also find odd since all the documents I sent were clear and corre...
