I have played at this group for over three years now and NEVER had any problem besides that it takes them days to reply emails.
I have received all my withdrawals within a ery timely manner.
I do recommend them.

I have just played at Imperial Casino. I made a deposit of 30$. I never got the promised Bonus and my emails were never answered. The last Stunt is that i cant get acces to my account. I havent tried to be locked out from one of my Casino Accounts since the Happy Days in March 2002. When VEGASUSA, now owned by Trident Lounge Group,
locked all danish Residents Accounts.
But this time i will not wait 4 month to get my deposit back.

I may be wrong, Luman, but I always thought online gambling was illegal in Austria (where your details say you're from).
I don't think they accept US residents.
Having said that, Casino Treasure owe me a $50 bonus from November last year. I got an email from Casino Treasure and Casino Fantasy saying I'd get a $50 bonus on my next deposit but I only got it from Casino Fantasy. I got a couple of responses from them apologising and saying they'd deposited it into my account but they hadn't!
The bonuses aren't cashable. I did make $100 profit though with the bonus from Casino Fantasy and the cheque arrived quickly.
I didn't get the Casino Treasure bonus although I received this email when I complained in December:

The imperialcasino.com is the same, i think this is a partnership-casino!
I have plaid since one year in these casinos and i never had problems. I do not know what is going on with them?

I often play at casinos from Grandvirtual.
I had never problems with them but now i am waiting for my winnings since 4 weeks. I contacted Grandvirtual about casinotreasure, elegance, imperial and so on, but i got no answer.
Is Grandvirtual still working, or do they have problems with paying winnings?
Can anybody help me?
