I for one want to thank you Mercedes for coming here and announcing publicly that you want to resolve any problems. I have promoted GSN casinos for a year and have always recommended them highly, glad to see that players here can see you all do care!

Actually my issue is now solved. But my friends 300$ matter is still open.
I wouldnt have been worried but his emails have gone unanswered.
I will have him mail you about this mercedes.
It is good that you read these messageboards, so that matters like these dont unsolved.

Good to see this group monitoring a key message board and doing something about issues (well, at least we hope they are about to do something!)
Golden Riviera, Miami Paradise and River Nile are all members of the Golden Star group, powered as Slotski says by MGS.

Hi
I think i am having some trouble with this group of casinos. I used their new casino, which is called Miami Paradise.
Only withdraw back my own deposit.
They told me it will be on my neteller within 5 working days. It wasnt. Now they dont even care to answer emails.
Also a friend of mine played goldenriviera , won over 300$, withdrew meeting all the wagering requirements, they told him he didnt meet the requirements, even though he is sure he did meet the requirements. Now they seem to ignore his emails also.
What is wrong, i thought microgaming casinos are the greatest. This group doesnt seem to be. If they dont pay soon, is there anyone i could contact?
