Just a wrapup -
There *were* a couple of other issues here other than the wrong phone number, and technically Crown Vegas was within their rights. However, we got everything negotiated late last night, and Ionizer was paid in full this afternoon.

Your statement above is absolutly correct. I just want to see you get paid, and in the online world, that means you sometimes have to jump through hoops.
It sucks, but the online casino industry won't police itself. In the end, most of these places will go out of business because of experiences like yours. No real gambler will put up with this kind of nosense, especially gamblers from countries with regulated land based casinos.

Perhaps you are right, but regardless, having to go through such a rigorous and time consuming process itself is deserving of such comments. Surely no one would tolerate this kind of behavior if you went to Las Vegas and won there. The internet should be no different, if anything it should be quicker.

I don't know what a wrong phone number has to do with anything?
If you've given them a copy of your current phone number and if you're name and address match the name and address you signed up with, they should pay you. It really is that simple.
Something sounds fishy. Ionizer, the best thing to do is to contact Bryan Baily at Casinomeister. He will handle this fairly.
Good luck.

I appreciate the support some of you have given me in this forum.
However, let's not stray from the objective here. The important aspect here is that Crown Vegas is a bunch of thieves. They will look for any excuse, no matter how irrelevant, to not pay you. This is quite evident from other player's situations as mentioned in this thread.
What has to be done:
(1) Crown Vegas must make due on what they rightfully owe the players.
OR
(2) This casino must be moved to a blacklist to protect future players from being scammed.
Crown Vegas - It's up to you now, if you want to stay in business, do the right thing.

To bring it back to the actual discussion I think Crown Vegas is crooked as well! After reversing my withdrawals over and over they kept ignoring my emails and I am ery surprised to see them on the Meister's positive side.
They keep sending me 100& Match bonuses of up to $500 now but I for sure will not touch them, knowing that my money is not safe there. They are scammers!!

Not that easy. allCasinosCheat is quite fond of using alternate characters and manipulated text to say the words without using the conventional spellings. Playing word games is hardly the point here. Behaving like an adult is more to the point.

PS. You'll find that Craps is no longer text censored, for obvious reasons.

Attention allCasinosCheat. Let me introduce myself. I am Max Drayman and among other things I manage the message boards here at WINNERonline.com
I'll get directly to my point: I suggest you re-read the Rules and Policies (http://www.winneronline.com/ubb-rules.html) here at WINNERonline.com In particular note item 6:
"You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use these message boards to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, ulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in iolation of any law."
I'll ask you nicely to follow that item a little more closely than you have been. Profanity and name-calling are not welcome here. You've been guilty of both. Keep it up and you won't be welcome here either.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Regards,
Max Drayman

If this is the way you talk to everyone, I can understand why they're ignoring you.
If you knew what you were talking about, you'd know I'm a woman. And I don't think you did anything to impress anyone by threatening to smash my face.

This is such a lame excuse .I moved to a new city in June 2001 so all my data changed even credit cards and I won $3000 last month at a casino I played for over 3 years at my old address.
They sent an email to me asking what was the old address ,had I move etc.I couldnt even remember the old phone number ( i guessed it and had one digit wrong) All they required was something with my DOB on it and a currant utility bill and I had my money in a couple weeks.
Even if you put in a fake number that is no excuse not to pay as long as all your data matches ..what if you don't have a phone??LOL

slycin,
I appreciate your help. My last post was not meant to be negative, but I just wanted to state the actual un-debateable facts.
As for the # they claim I gave them when I signed up, it is the same area code but the remaining 7 digits are not correct.
And it's not like it's a number off in each digit, as if I had typed it in the dark or anything silly like that, it's just plain wrong!
Let me know what you think I can do! Any help is appreciated.

Inonizer, I wasn't implying that there was more to this than meets the eye with you OR them, just that there must be some misunderstanding. Was the erroneous phone number a typo? Is it even close to yours?
This does seem a little farfetched, so again, I'm offering my help.

FACT #1: I signed up at the casino with my real information and the only information I ever sign up with.
FACT #2: I played according to the rules and actually was up to $14k on a $100 deposit, I lost about $12,000 on slots and decided to cash out at $2,100
FACT #3: They claimed my phone # entered when I signed up was not the same as the one I gave with my faxback information
FACT #4: I showed them what my REAL # was per a phone bill.
Even if somehow a wrong # was entered or their database messed up or someone did something, what does this have to do with the fact that I am providing my real information anyway which correclty matches up with my name, my address and all my other information?!?! How does it in anyway effect how I gambled and played according to the rules?
I quote Steve Bennet the manager:
"This letter serves to confirm that your withdrawal of $2000 has been denied. As you can see by the screenshot provided of your casino cashier, the telephone number... | | Read Entire Entry |
