Apparently, the guy Dennis posted over at the RX that he is trying his best to get this resolved. In the meantime, players have until this Friday to qualify for the Bailout program we are offering.

I'm afraid it's not much help at present, Thrawn - three days on and it is becoming obvious that this guy has no failure contingency plan and is not enthusiastic about responding to awkward questions about it.
At least we have a name and address (in Georgia USA) to pursue if required.
In the meantime we will ensure this remains in the public eye...and we'll try and persuade Mr. Puckett that it is in his own interests to pay his players.

This upcoming Friday will be the last day that players will be able to take advantage of the Bailout offer.
Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.

We have already helped several PTS players with our Bailout offer. I have never spoken to the management/owners of PTS either.
If anyone wants to take advantage of the Bailout offer, please email me.

Dennis Puckett has responded.
Surprisingly, he is not familiar with Gambler's Avenue, and says he cannot comment on their rescue offer - but he draws attention to the fact that management at Prime Time Sports is "...working hard to secure the funding necessary to payout all the withdrawal requests and continue normal operations and I believe this will happen in the near future."
He claims that if PTS does go down he would welcome any rescues and would actively assist same. I've asked him what contingency plans (insurance etc) PTS might have in the event of the operation bankrupting. Awaiting that response.

Looks like they're going to be busy repositioning Bob! I wonder what Dennis Puckett has to say about all this...we'll ask him.

Gamblers Avenue has agreed to step up here and assist those who were affected by the PTS troubles. We have offered to give any players whom are interested a match play equal to the amount lost with PTS. The maximum amount of match will be $3000 with a 10X rollover.
If you deposit $1000 with Gamblers Avenue, we will match your account with $1000. Thus bringing your balance to $2000. You will be required to play $20,000 before any withdrawal.
Please send an email to the following addresses with your PTS account number & the amount that was lost. We will erify your account with PTS.

Contacted these guys and they are remarkably upfront about the fact that they have a serious situation on their hands with no money to pay their clients, but promise to do so when the coffers are full again (they're attempting to find investors and are therefore trying to keep the book operating as a going concern as far as possible, they say).
They deny however that they are still accepting wagers, claiming that they stopped taking deposits over a week back.
Apparently the investors of Prime Time Sports failed to come up with the second round of financing due April 1.
Doesn't look good...

Wrong AS, Prime Time Sports has no connection whatsoever to Starnet/Worldgaming.
You are correct though that they are still accepting wagers.

I hope this means they are no longer accepting deposits either. Are they?
Guess it's not likely anyone is going to deposit to find out.

bonusparadise, to answer your question there is nothing that can be done. The most you can do is follow the situation at therx.com and see if a bailout plan comes from another book, then you can notify the bailout book about your situation. maybe Primetime will make it back, doesn't look good though.

I thought so too hhcfreebie.
Emailed them and asked for an explaination, this is their reply:
Prime Time Sports has run out of funds. That is what my last email was saying. As soon as we can bring in some new investors we will be paying out all our customers, you included.
I apologize for the delay.

I guess I'll just wait and see. And thanks for your kind reply hhcfreebie

No matter it's $20 or $120, free money or out of your own pocket, the casino should pay as long as you follow their rules.
You have full right to seek help. Ask the webmaster you sign up or ask other reputable webmasters for help politely.
BTW, their reply to this matter is the most ridiculous excuse I've ever seen. If it's real then I thank you for posting it here. It's a good warning sign and a good joke, as long as I am not the ictim...

I highly doubt dykker didn't deposit funds. Dykker is porbably out at least 1k of his own funds.
Bonusparadise, I wouldn't be offended if I were you. He is probably just annoyed that someone who isn't out of pocket anything is complaining when many are out thousands of their own money. Crying for someone to help you retreive $122 winnings from a free $15 probably doesn't sit well with those owed big bucks.

I opened an account about a month ago and received their $15 no deposit. Got it up to $122 and emailed them that I want to cash out. But this is the reply I got from them:
Dear Prime Time Customer,
We are aware of your pending payout request from your account and wanted to let you know what is happening with Prime Time Sports.
Our investors have not come up with the promised funding and this has forced us to seek other investors. We are working hard on this problem and expect to have it resolved this week.
If we can find an additional source of funds we will honor your payout request as a first priority.
The Management of Prime Time Sports apologizes for this most sincerely and we are making every effort to resolve this situation.
Bob Jackson
General Manager
