Kavaman, make sure you get it in writing, take screenshots of the entire casino website, you might wanna get them to do a faxback form confirming this stuff. Try and get bank statements too, to see if they can pay you if you win.
For what it's worht, Mercedes wrote me to say that they would pay me my $200 cashout if i cashed it out again. I guess she missed the part where I lost all of it trying to meet their new crazy terms that came outa nowhere. I'll keep you posted as to what happens, I don't seriously expect them to give me the $200 back though, but then again sometimes miracles do happen and casinos admit that they've screwed up and fix things up. We'll see..

looks like pretty much from the get go they didn't know what they were doing, hence my other thread "Beware of Miami Paradise"
i think it's pretty well documented here that when I played, the rules were clearly allowing VP.. and now MP is saying that they didn't.. not to mention the promo email I receieved stated 6x playthrough, and now it's somewhere like 11x to 12x, excluding a bunch of games that WEREN'T excluded when I deposited for the promo (I have a screen shot of those, btw).
This looks pretty clear cut - Stay away from Miami Paradise, and it'd do you well to stay away from their sister casinos Golden Riviera and River Nile, who knows when they'll start screwing players like this too!

Apparently my browser does it automatically every time I isit a page, thus I am not sure why I keep getting the old terms.

Go up to the top of your browser, and click on
-"Tools"
-"Internet Options"
-Under the "General" tab, you'll see "Temporary Internet Files"
-Click on "Settings", and you'll see the choices of when to have your browser check for new ersions of the pages you're isiting.
I believe the default setting is to "cache" pages, supposedly to speed up your browsing; but when you allow that, you miss critical updates to pages all the time.
Try that, and see if you see the new T&C's now. Let us know!!

When I type in the casino handle thats what comes up. Im not really a computer guy, what does it mean to set the browser to the newest page? All I know is every time I typ in miamiparadisecasino.com I get the old t and c's apparently. How do I change the browser?

I just went on there website again and the conditions still state that it is 6 times D+B and baccarat craps and roulette. There making for a sticky situation with this discrepancy in rules. What if I didnt read this post and played the casino according to the t and C's posted on the site which are that as stated above, theyre just asking for controversy. They should get everything straightened out to avoid bad publicity. If they cant even update their website how can I expect theyll be to competent in anything else.

I just talked to customer support and they said they send deposits back to neteller and they ask for preffered payment ia email for the winnings, neteller being one of those options.
