These guys are scumI emailed yesterday again and got no reply i suppose i can kiss my winnings goodbye.Well i wont i am going to contact Gambling grumbles and Casinomeister and post in as many forums as possible about this ****.
After all the trouble of setting up a moneybookers account i and others still get screwed.I am goiung to complain to moneybookers aswell if sterling screw us they will probably try to screw them as well
I suppose complaining to Playtech would do no good?

I actually got paid after two months of waiting on march (january winnings). I changed my withdrawal method to moneybookers. And they credited my moneybookers with the 80£ they owed me.
But i acted fast, when they said, moneybookers is almost instant.
They are a bunch of bull****ters.
The grand banks blackwidow group used to be quite ok , when it was rtg. Now as playtech its gone from ok, to bad.

Jydeman's right - Sterlinghouse, Black Widow, Grand Banks all the same group and they've been giving players the runaround and using this BS cash processor excuse ad nauseum - particularly the first two brands.

Can't help laughing every time I read about Sterling House.
They're such morons. Try Casinomeister and please try OPA. Sterling House was one of the reasons for the entire OPA-team (except one) quitting back in January. The one person that stayed should feel obliged to deal with the issues on Sterling House.
Sterling House has no money - and they never had. They shouldn't be allowed to operate an online casino.
OK - here we go again. I'll post this piece every time someone complains about Sterling House. This is from late February.

I played at sterling in january and cashed in some winnings then got an email saying they were having a problem with there draft processor and that i should set up a moneybookers account and it would be proceesed real quick.I did that and yes it was put into moneybookers account straight away.
But last month i tried to cashin the rest of the money and they have not even started to process the cash in yet.
Now they say they are having a problem with moneybookers and there is a back log of cashins.
This is garbage it must be a huge backlog to take a month to get round to.
I am going to contact the Casinomeister as this is a load of rubbish.
Just a warning to everyone else dont play at Sterling House Casino
