I noticied that Golden Riveria has changed their terms & conditions. Previously, there were 2 sets of T&C's. One for their sign-up bonus which required 11x wagering and no BJ. And another for other promotions which required 6X and allowed BJ.
Now, I only see the 11x and no BJ T&C.
No more Golden Riveria for me.
BTW, I had a similiar problem with River Nile. I played their sign-up bonus and busted out before meeting wagering reqs. I later got a bonus offer whi... | | Read Entire Entry |

I have always been paid by both GR and the sister casino RiverNile. They were often slow sending me the money through ACH (up to a month at times). Have heard they are faster sending to Neteller but cant confirm.
After having a few cash-ins and taking advantage of their sent promotions I was removed from their mail list and told I was not eligible for the promotions.
I enjoyed playing GR and Rivernile, but due to slow payments and not allowed any bonuses I have stopped wagering at this group.

It wouldn't suprise me much with a delay if this casino was not-MG. But this is an MG casino. And I like to know when I will get my money. I don't like being mislead about when I'll be paid.
I have read some bad things about this casino on this board, so I decided to be pro-active and post here before I let a lot of time pass.
Golden Riveria responded to me but did not answer my question about cash-check.
I'll let you know when I get paid.

My experience with the CashCheck system is that there is a period between processing states that the cash-in "disappears" from the CashCheck audit. This apparently happens between the time that the cash-in becomes "non-reversible" and the time it goes to "Work in progress".
I always kept track of the transaction numbers of all purchases and cash-ins in case I had to dispute or contest.
I have also noted that reversible cash-ins have a Number in sequence with purchases, but when it changes to "Work In Progress", it changes transaction number to a sequence which follows cash-ins only.
It is my understanding that once a cash-in moves to the "Work In Progress" state, it is in the hands of (gasp) ProcCyber. I have always leveraged the casino to move Proc-Cyber along since it is my opinion that Proc-Cyber serves to satisfy the casino, not the player. My player rep at the the casino has the interest in keeping me satisfied and that is why I always w... | | Read Entire Entry |

Wanted to let everyone know to be wary of Golden Riveria. I have a large pending cash-in (over $1000) from 2 weeks ago.
I searched the forums and discovered that they have a history of slow pay.
The reason I post this is because Sunday evening I checked "Cash-Check" several times in my Golden Riveria account and discovered that my cash-in had been deleted. That was really scary. First time for me at an MG casino. And no ... my cash-in was not reversed to my account.
I e-mailed Golden Riveria last night and when I checked my account this morning my cash-in was re-listed in "Cash-check".
Anyone have any advice for how to expedite my cash-in. Will contacting Proc-Cyber or MG help?
