I have had once an exchange of emails with someone who claimed to be a Security superviser, Cassava Interprises, Ltd., no mentioning of a casino in the title. Apparently this position is one for both casinos. Not sure through.

They are not. You get banned at one you get banned at the other. Their Security guys are all the same people.

Nope. Reef club and CON are the same people. They use the same security personnel whose definition of abuse is whether you win or lose.

No - I just looked; they're sitting practically at the TOP of the APPRIVED list.
Jetset - given the passage of time & lack of any word from Mike Craig, would it be fair to now assume that the smoke HAS cleared, and Greef Club are officially OPA approved?
I don't want to make any hasty comments.

sneuman,
Understandable, without a doubt.
Just to clarify, I am not personally involved in any part of the process, so I'm passing on what I read on the OPA board.
Yep, 5gs is a significant purchase, in my book anyway.
How bout that NEW CPA Casino? Ah, yea! Give me a minute, I'll go build one! LMAO
Be careful out there, hope you get a big win.

I certainly am willing to change my mind if it seems something changes. Glad to hear it might.
But it looks like I am the kind of player they do not want anyway. I would have bought 500, got 100, played BJ 550 or 600 or so with small flat bets, probably end up with 600 or so, cashed out the same day, and be "allowed" to get my 500 back, if they are in a good mood that day. Sounds to me like that policy is not going to change.

Just wanted to thank everyone here for preventing me from playing Reef Club. Got an e-mail today from gamblingstars.com beginning "ReefClub Casino has provided excellence in safe, fun & fair Online gaming since 1996." It actually goes on to say "over 3 million people have played there since 1996."
???? - I thought they were new??? How can they say that? A casino like this wouldn't tell a "little white lie" while crossing their fingers, would they?
The current terms seem to be 5x deposit only.
Sounded reasonable but I thought I would check here first.
I don't care if the guy steals from 7 or 700 hundred players, you won't find me at their casino EVER.
Unbelievable to me they would do this over 7 people. Boggles the mind.

Yes, of course, Woody; by "I can't make any sense of it" I meant - since paragraph 3 invalidates 1 & 2, why bother with 1 & 2 at all?
Wonder when Casino On Net is gonna start confiscating player Bonuses?????
Since CON gave birth to Greef Club, that may be a alid concern. Not exactly CON's finest hour.

I was on the CON site, and I got the Greef Club pop-up; it seems Vahe has forgiven his criminal prodigée.
From the T & C:-
The "First Deposit Bonus" may be Cashed Out only after an amount totaling no less than five (5) times the First Deposit amount has been wagered.
Greef Club Casino Bonuses, excluding the "First Deposit Bonus," may be Cashed Out only after an amount totaling no less than five (5) times the Bonus amount received has been wagered.
Greef Club Casino reserves the right to withhold the amount of any Bonus from a Member's Cash Out.
I've read this several times, and I still can't make any sense of it.

Hows about a bunch of us meet on the east coast and charter a boat. We can isit Erik and introduce him to reality. It's stated in life's terms and conditions that you are apt to have the living hell beat out of you at any given moment. Then we can make our rounds to other similar outfits on that part of the planet where lawlessness rules. You see, when you screw people over in this world, then you open yourself up to more of life's less enjoyable possibilities. I, for one, would like to convince some of these pricks that they are not invincible and can be held accountable physically. Wouldn't it be nice to make up OUR own rules as we go along for a change? Erik... How big a boy are ya?

Erik,
Your arrogance, argumentative attitude,
and bull headedness on this topic,
has done more damage to the reputation
of your casino, than you can possibly imagine. And you still "don't get it",
do you?
You have won the battle, but lost the war.
Penny wise, dollar foolish.
The amount of customers you have lost
forever because of this thread and
your attitude, will haunt the owners
of ReefClub for however long they remain
in business.
People of your ilk make the online
casino industry suck.

You're dead wrong about that. I'd like to know exactly why my wagering differed so much from others.

Ok, it comes down to this:
*If a player meets the promotional terms, the casino still reserves the right to withdraw the bonus when that player cashes out.
Why doesn't the casino post promotional terms that when met satisfy the casino so nobody has to go through this?
As a competitive note, there are many casinos that do honor their bonus terms.
Players are advised to patronize them and forgo the hassle of being *unlucky* enough to fall into the "too lucky 7%"
Players who lose all the time are welcome everywhere.

All has been said about this situation.
Everyone got paid regardless of this thread. Those seven, who didn't get their $200, are hunting somewhere else and, most probably, don't even care about this thread.
There are many points of iews. It is unfortunate that some have one opinion in private and a different one for this thread. But such is life.
Gamblers do make and will continue making their own choices based on their experience, which for thousands of Reef Club members has been and will be positive and enjoyable.

Repeat: ALL online casinos have the "manager's descretion" clause in the T & C.
Only crooks/fools like you implement it.
Why would ANYONE play with a casino that tells you, upfront and brazen, that it maintains the right to do whatsoever it likes with your money?
Don't play here, folks.

I will repeat again how it did really work.
None of the players who claimed that they were wronged lost their deposits.
Those who lost their bonus - cashed out their deposits.
Seven players, who were affected by the rule that was in our Bonus Policy from the beginning and has nothing to do with wagering requirements, cashed out their deposits and winnings. Players should know that if the rule is in the Bonus Policy it may "be implemented" by the casino.
All of those who cashed out and received their deposits, winnings and bonuses, cashed out on the same day they have deposited and received the bonuses.

Erik: "I have yet to see someone on this board to take a balanced look at this situation."
Here's my take. A new casino launches with a clever plan. Phase one of the plan works to perfection and thousands of players sign up. The casino then realizes that the players' advantage is too great and changes the wagering requirements. The casino tries to recoop some of its losses by shifting into phase two. Retaining the bonus of any player who:
1) Barely met the wagering requirements AND
2) Finished their action quicker than 93% of the other players
The only ting that bothers me is this: If these guys had lost their money; which I'm sure many did, then there would have been no problem with them. Also; had the players known this would be implemented from the start, then a substantially lesser number would have participated.
I Think of this situation as an exam that is being graded on a curve. A certain amount will always fail and pass. The "suckers" set t... | | Read Entire Entry |

Erik stated in response to Woody:
"Paying these members would probably save us a lot of time and money, but we decided not to reward the action that is harmful to us and, I’d argue, to you as well."
