Just a follow up -
There is only ONE set of T&C now, and yes they have been changed.

jumping jacks..
Well, I must say that I am impressed. They've refunded the $200 to my casino account and are allowing me to cash it out.
This is definately a good sign that they want to be taken seriously online. I will post an update when the money hits my neteller. Thank goodness the scandal is nearly over, and Miami Paradise chose to make good!!

Slycin, nope. I have a screenshot and it's talking about existing user bonuses.
I also found out just now from the CasinoMeister that a ery similiar thing happened to him. You can read about it on his forum at http://casinomeister.com/discus/mes...html?1053608748
This doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. Like i said in the thread on the Meister's site, if a casino can oid play when a player abuses a bonus, then they should also oid play when the CASINO abuses a bonus. In this case they forced onto me these new wagering requirments which ended up costing me the $200. I think it'd be fair if Miami Paradise fessed up, oided the forced play that resulted in my $200 being lossed, and process my cashout as it should have been done in the first place.

Sorry, guys, I got busy with some other stuff.
AllCasinosCheat - You have a serious problem.
Gamblingboi - I have to admit that I haven't looked at any of their T&C's on their bonuses for existing players, but I'll bring this issue to a contact's attention and see if I can get some clarification.
I do want to point out, tho, that at the time they changed their T&C's to exclude the VP, there was a 2nd set of T&C's that appeared to apply to earned comp points only - is it a possibility that these 2 have been confused?

To get back to the topic.
Mercedes has responded:
Hi [Gamblinboi],
The reason that you are unable to cash in again is because you have wagered
the $200 that we reversed to your account.
Thanking you,
[Gamblinboi]
You'll notice I replaced my name with my nick. That's right, she signed off her email as ME.
She points out that yes, indeed i lost the $200 playing slots trying to fulfil their new unfairly placed (imo) FRAUDULENT terms and conditions on me. DUH. I mentioned it in my emails to her already, and how they MIGHT *consider* oiding that play as it was unfairly forced on me and restoring the $200 so that I can cash out AS ORIGINALLY ALLOWED - to which her response was the above.
Miami Paradise, and Mercedes in particular, don't have a clue what good customer service is. Stay away from 'em.
Slycin you've been silent, care to comment about this? I think you can agree that I've been treated quite unfairly...

Unbelievable. But ACC has been building up to this with increasingly aggressive and downright rude posts.
I honestly do not think you can afford to let him get away with this, Max.

agreed, Clayman.
MAX, I'd like to register a complaint against allCasinosCheat. The person is rude, offensive, and has advocated chargebacks just cuz he/she lost.

Hey Slycin,
don't worry if you get confused about which bonus i'm talking about, because I am too!
For the signup bonus, I deposited and played on the FIRST DAY the casino opened - VP was definately allowed, you say so yourself in that other thread I just bumped. I lost everything (d+b) in a few hundred of wagering on VP.
I then received a bonus offer in the mail from them .. deposit 90, get 45, wager 6x. I checked the Terms and Conditions and INDEED they had changed, hence I took a screenshot - this time VP and BJ was NOT allowed for signup bonus (no problem, i wasn't playing that) but WAS allowed for other bonuses. Again, I have a SCREENSHOT to prove this.
So I played throuhg I think 900$ playing $5 to $10 VP, and made it to $200. I cashed out.
They then sent me an email saying I had to play $3000 in Slots or Keno. Mercedes used some sort of wierd math (see above) that doesn't make any sense nor does it add up.
Crystal clear what they are doing no... | | Read Entire Entry |

Ut oh, wait a minute - my mistake. This is not about your first deposit and bonus with them, is it - it's about a 2nd one a few weeks later?

Did you review the T&C's that came with this newer bonus before playing or did you just assume they were still the same? I don't understand how their website could've said VP is allowed, when they excluded it so quickly after launch?
At any point, I've gotten to the point where I read the T&C's for every bonus before playing it.

Hi Slycin,
I signed up on or about the day of their launch.
edit: just checked my Neteller logs. Deposited April 9th.
According to http://www.winneronline.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/006230.html

Miami Paradise changed the exclusion rules to exclude Video Poker within 3 days of launch. Exactly when did you sign up?

cyclopes, what did I say about Mercedes not knowing math? Isn't it quite evident?
What's amazing is that since I lost everything on the sign up, we're looking at a net win on my side of $50 here, and they go to all this trouble to screw me out of *$50* !! Can you imagine winning big here what kind of excuses and crap they'd come up with!?

Get this:
Mercedes sends me this email. Everyone get out your calculators, it looks like Math has CHANGED again!
QUOTE:
The terms and conditions were as follows when you played:

It was ery clearly stated in the terms and conditions on the website! It
was not changed retroactively! Julie is aware of the terms and conditions on
our site and so complaining to her will just confirm what I have told you

True, ery true. I guess I don't have that much money to burn, though, to guinea pig the new places. you should have at least cashed out your original $90 and cost them the neteller charges at least. Anyway thanks for the warning, i will stay away from this place. Besides changing terms, to expect someone to wager $3000 on keno or slots is absurd.

that sucks, gamblinboi. unfortunately, it seems like stories like this are all too commonplace these days. I'm surprised they didn't confiscate your money for playing a "banned" game. This is why I generally stick to the big name casinos like intercasino and captain cooks. sure I don't get to go bonus hunting, but at least I can enjoy playing and not worry about this sort of thing. some playtechs are ok, but they take too long to pay.

There service is terrible, I made a cashin and did not recieve the payment to neteller for 15 days. For an MG this is terrible. As well there emails had a rather rude tone to them when I questioned what was taking so long for the payment.

so I signed up with these guys awhile ago. I did their first deposit bonus, which at the time had some not bad playthrough requirements and allowed VP for play. I ended up losing my deposit and bonus pretty quick.
A few weeks later I get a promotion in the mail, deposit 90 get 45 wager 6xD+B, VP is allowed according to their website.
I go and play and make it to $200. So I cash out. They reverse it and claim I have to wager $3000 (!!!) and VP is NOT allowed (only slots and Keno). I tell them to look at their own website, and all i get in return is "You have to wager $3000" - this from Mercedes, the casino manager.
So not only do they have NO problem whatsoever lying through their teeth, but they RETROACTIVELY up the wagering requirements, RETROACTIVELY exclude games, and RETROACTIVELY make the wagering requirements CARRY OVER !!!
What an absolutely scummy way to treat their players, and I will DEFINATELY not be playing there again. I suggest you do the sa... | | Read Entire Entry |
