I have gotten paid several times by them. They are ery, ery incompetant as far as payments and customer service are concerned, but as far as I can tell, they are not thieves. If you follow all the rules (and there are a lot), they will eventually pay.

don't play there. if you win, you won't get paid and will get labelled a fraudster REGARDLESS of what you play (even a slots player got labelled a fraudster by them!). if you lose, then well, you lose. They could send me a deposit $1 and get a $1000 bonus and i still wouldn't do it because it's a waste of a $1.

Keep in mind that at Virtual Casino a 400% bonus does NOT mean 400%. 75% of the bonus is sticky.
Let's say that you deposit $50 and get a $200 bonus and that you finish the wagering requirement with a balance of $175. Well, 75% of the bonus is sticky so they will keep $150 and you will be able to cash out only $25.
You have to rethink the wagering requirement for this. You had to play 9x deposit and bonus but you only really got 25% of the bonus. This means that the real wagering requirement is 9x deposit and 36x bonus.
There are some other factors to consider with a bonus like this, but I will not go into that here.
The point is, the bonus offer is dodgy as is the casino. They try to mislead with their offers and with their carpet bombing method of promotion. There are better places to play.
On the plus side, I have played there several times and won more than I lost. I haven't played there in many months though and doubt that I will be playing there anytime soon.

Agreed. There are better unbeliavable bonuses then irtualcasino.
Some mg casinos offer 200-400% bonuses. Even a 500 percent bonus on goldentiger now.

I have seen all the warnings about irtual casino. however, a got a spam offering a 300% initial deposit, and they say something about your credit card wont be denied with their new processor (I used to love paying by credit cards before they started declining them. would love to do so again).
is this promo worth doing or will i surely not get paid? i don't usually play at such places but 300% seems like a sweet deal.

well i checked out Club Player, and foolish me thought I understood their promotion terms. Turns out you deposit 50$ but then you have to wager 1250 before you get the bonus. I don't know how anyone could wager that much with only $50. Customer Service was nice and told me that I could deposit more money in case I lost (how convienient) to finish the wagering requirements. I asked for a refund and they got it back to my paypal in less than 5 minutes..
I would have played anyway but their Jacks or Better is 8/6, so that sucked..

I'd rather gamble with the games than with the liklihood of getting paid. Too many horror stories associated with Virtual. And as gamblinboi said, there are better RTGs to play at, known for being trustworthy. The Angelciti group, Inetbet, etc. Especially if you're playing without a bonus, why bother with a shady one? Also, if you stick to just one or two, your comps build up faster.

Betmax was in the Casino Extreme group last time I looked, and RTG execs recently told OPA representatives that that particular group was now under new management...perhaps an improvement if one looks at the number of complaints regarding this group's management attitude reputation with many players.
More recent RTGs are perhaps Prism and Club Player.

I know there has been some bad talk about irtual casino and affiliated casinos, I also read that they were changing. I read this at casinomeister. They are supposed to be getting better. In my experience, I had won approx $200 about 3 months ago, they did pay me and it was in my paypal account with 7 business days. I would deposit there again because of my experience. They do have what is considered sticky bonuses. I have played with these bonuses it was not big deal. I still rather play without the bonuses so I dont have to worry about the playthrough.
My opinion is a clean opinion, I do not have them as an affiliate on my site. I have nothing to do with them as anything other than being a player.

Good luck trying to get anything on the phone. If they answer at all, they are only interested in taking sports bets. When they find out you are trying to collect money they are "too busy right now", "accounting dept. not available", or "f*** you".
They still owe me $600 from last July. I haven't been able to collect and neither has Gambling Grumbles, nor the IGC. At this point they will not respond to an email from me and when they find out I am on the phone, they immediately hang up, sometimes 20 times in one day.

With regards to Virtual Casino (U1):
If I remember correctly, I read this promo on "The A Page" (Amateur Sleuth's) website. In order for you to cashout winnings, above and beyond the free $45, you have to deposit $20 PRIOR to getting the bonus.
Otherwise, you can just cashout a max of 45 + your 5. And you get screwed out of the winnings. UH OH!
