Fry-
I think Casino-On-Net fits your spec's, for the most part; their wagering requirements are extremely low compared to most casinos. Deposit $50, get 20% bonus ($10), and wager 2x the bonus amt.
However, I don't care much for the graphics on their baccarat: the results of each hand are posted for only a few seconds, and there is no way to tell how you're doing unless you keep exact track of your balance. It is a better-than-average casino, however, and usually does well in online polls. Check W.O.L.'s archives for Gambling.com's "Best Casinos" article.

Wow, this thread gotten out of hand. I thought Fry needed some recommendation, so I'm gonna stick with the topic.
I am sorry, but most of the casinos I know offer bonuses too with hidden clause. Um...Intercasino and Trident is pretty good. One of the new casinos that I am exploring right now offered $25, no purchase necessary and you can cash out your winnings immediately (accept for the original $25). The name is iVegas.

Not really, BL.
But the best way to find a rigged or none paying one is to find one with an outstanding bonus offer!

I agree with Dirk and Jondo. If you want to be sure your playing an honest game, play at land based casinos in well regulated areas. I've played greater than 100,000 hands of bj in Atlantic City, and NEVER ONCE did I suspect I was being cheated. Sometimes I lost and sometimes I won, but overall, the more I played, the closer the actual loss came to the theoretically expected loss. (.5% of my total action). There were numerous instances where I had WINNING streaks betting $500 (purple chips) per hand, and won consistantly. This has never happened to me online, with the single exception of Bossmedia software in which I made > $10,000. Other than Bossmedia, I have consistantly lost with any software package (including RTG) in which I bet that kind of money.
Does this mean I will stop gambling online. Hell NO. Some of the bonuses are phenominal.
But I surely won't bet for large amounts of money. I will take the large bonus online and will then play bj for $1 or $2 a hand. I am not confident ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Getting bonus is not dumb at all, it's an easy way to overcome the house edge mathematically.

There are no fair online casinos IMO.
You are foolish to not accept bonuses. It is the only way to overcome the cheating games of these casinos.
And if you're not being cheated; than you have a hard time collecting your winnings.
The online casino industry is rotten to the core. It is fool of crooks, criminals and theives.
Play at land based casinos only.

I would try wagerlogic/cryptologic casinos. You can play at multiplayer tables there and chat (although the first time I lost was at Intercasino when I was too busy chatting- this was 6 months after I started to play). You don't need to send them any personal documents either. They don't have good support though but you shouldn't need it ery much.
EDIT: I just realised that most give a bonus automatically with your first deposit every month and you won't be able to withdraw more than your deposit for a while. goodluckclub.com doesn't have these bonuses or restrictions (except wagering $100 for the $10 welcome bonus) but it might be using older software and won't have many players.

These are my favourites Fry - excellent in terms of customer service and prompt payments. All have been around a while and get favourable player reviews.
In no particular order:
iNetBet (RTG) - same or next day refunds to Neteller. Modest monthly promos. You will though have to send a faxback form. Only RTG you can trust.
Trident Lounge (Microgami... | | Read Entire Entry |
