Thanks for the replys guys!
I doubt it's an e-mail problem. I use hotmail and received confirmation e-mails for the bonuses from them just fine, and I always go through even the junk mail before deleting anything. It can't be a temporary e-mail problem either since I've tried contacting them on several different occasions with weeks of time in between.
This also wouldn't explain why they haven't bothered to answer the "call me back" requests either.
If anyone of you knows about the 800-numbers please let me know, I've browsed through the sites several times but couldn't find any. I've honestly tried every possible way of contacting them, so I sent Lars my username and maybe something will happen.
It's only $250 but I think it's a matter of principle. I'll let you know what happens if I hear anything from them! Have a nice day!

Cooleri, if you mail me your casino usernumber IŽll try to help you out on this.
The only time their e-mail has been down lately was during their redesign of the website.

Pretty damn weird.
They answer ery fast (about 10 mins) every time i email them.
Could there be some problems with your email. Can you try and email them from some other email?
How much do you have pending, is it a large sum?

Hello,
Sorry to make a first post like this but I'd like to share my experience with Captain Cook's Casino and ask for advice.
I first joined the casino (the flash ersion)over two months ago, deposited, more than fulfilled the requirements and cashed in. The withdrawal request is now over 2 months old, and still shows as "Work in Progress" in the cash check system. I've tried contacting the casino by sending e-mails to ALL the e-mail addresses on the site, and left numerous requests on their "phone-me-back service". The customer service department has never responded to any of my e-mails nor have they called me.
I'm sorry to ask this but as they don't answer to my contact requests and there is no phone number listed on the site, I have no choice but to ask if anyone has any strings they could pull for me to find out what is going on?
