It sickens me that I can put everything I have out here, but nothing changes. RTG and CV will continue to take advantage of people.

that's definite proof.

CrownVegas, you take the bet, you PAY the bet. What part of that do you NOT understand? Your coupon system allows you to deny coupons for existing players that they aren't entitled to, but you don't use that. Instead you trick players and if they lose, it's no problem, if they win, you change the rules retroactively. This is fraud and THEFT outright.

How much more proof do you want?
These were taken straight off a temporary internet files cache. Look at the dates.

Hard proof that Crown Vegas steals AND LIES.

IDDQD: Thanks for pointing that out. I never even noticed. However, the original email would help, as it had a copy of the original terms and conditions at the bottom of it. I am 90% certain this was where I copied the original T&C's from.

I bet as soon as the thieves at crown egas see your post, the 'BR' will magically change to 'br' to fit the rest of them.

Well, unfortunately original email will not help as terms are linked to the following page,
http://66.250.52.169/Newsletter/04-...03_cvpm330.html

The page was posted on the casinomeister's forum by Crown Vegas (nikkicv) on May 21, 2003 - 09:56 am.

Viewing the Page Info in Mozilla reveals the following:

http://www.geocities.com/wol_stuff/CV1.jpg

Viewing the Page Source shows the code:

http://www.geocities.com/wol_stuff/CV2.jpg

Note the following:

1. tag “br” is used 15 times and is in caps (“BR”) only once. Can you find where?
2. tabs are used in this document in one place only. Can you find that place?

Now we have a nicely looking list of 10 items but one item is typed in a manner distinctly different from the other nine.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I ask you to draw your own conclusions

Wouldn't it be nice not to Internet gamble and sleep good at night. It's not so bad that you won't get your money, but it is worse that the thieving bastardos got away with your money unscathed. Smarten up & Sweet Dreams!

Within their rights not to pay a person? We here that far too often around here. The justifications used to not pay would never go over in any court or governing body.

As soon as there is one, many casinos will fold.

Slycin.... "MrR, you know I love you to death".... Yes, I figured you trying to kill me...

Slycin, please re read this from my post...

"Without passing judgement on you or Crown Vegas in this matter..."

I did NOT try to pick on Crown Vegas here.

I made a "blanket statement" about RTG, and their licensees. I left a 10% leeway for the ones that don't qualify for the "Garbage heap". The future will show which percentage catagory Crown Vegas should be...

Yes, I already saw the thread at Meister's and saw her page. We really need to find a copy of that original mailing, then.

slycin56, I honestly wondered that myself. I have no idea why the code at the bottom is that. Take a look at the thread on casinomeister, specifically, the reply by "Nikki" of Crown Vegas:
http://casinomeister.com/cgi-bin/di...28232#POST28232

Even her "updated" T&C from that promo showed the same code for date. I have no idea why it is from that date, however, I assure you that is not the issue here. Both the copy of the promo that I have and that CV claims is the real T&C show that code.

I recieved that email early last week sometime.

trac...

Without passing judgement on you or Crown Vegas in this matter, I would just like to say that "anyone" who plays at any RTG casino , needs to realize that these types of "problems" continually occur with these RTG licensees.

RTG casinos are "known" for pulling all kinds of crap when someone actually wins money.

They constantly come up with "new reasons" why the players are "not entitled" to collect their winnings.

RTG, and 90% of their licensees, are garbage.

If you play at an RTG casino, and win, expect to get screwed out of your money.

I had already posted this on casinomeister.com:
http://casinomeister.com/cgi-bin/di...28222#POST28222

I invited CV to take a look at the post in order to give their side of the story. I had expected some sort of defense on their part, but instead they decide to completely lie and change the terms of the promotion AFTER I had made my cashout.

They posted a "screenshot" of the promo which they had emailed out, which of course showed, on the first line no doubt, that what they claimed as truth - that it was a new user only bonus. For reasons which are now of the biggest regret to me, I deleted the email that was sent to me, with the ORIGINAL terms. The only proof which I have is my copy and paste of the terms into a text document, which I have presented above. If anyone out there has this email, from 5/12 or 5/13, PLEASE FORWARD ME A COPY!! I will gladly compensate for your time!

During my research into this matter I discovered that Crown Vegas has apparently trie...
