Still no $50 in tournament dollars.

yeah the "chip10" bonus didnt work for me

I know that I used the code correctly because I attempted the BW10 bonus first and it said invalid bonus so I just went ahead with the BW50 and it was accepted.
So I emailed support and received a couple forwarding replies(This is being sent to ...). After 2-3 days and no response, I emailed and asked for a status update(I have been nice the entire time). I never received a response, but a day or two later there was a bonus for $50 in there that said BW50 on the account history.

My main concern is the missing $50 in tournament dollars, as the $5.50 in bonus would just be gravy. Also, for some reason I am behind almost $21 in credited bonus (I have 352 points and only $14 redeemed and had never played at ultimate bet before )
