Smartie you wont see it .. i had cash out under 50 waiting for it on my credit card . well seems that you have to cash out over 50.00 . I HAD to ask them where my cash out was . i havent seen it yet back into my account .

747 Marketing. Emailing complaints to the Kahnawakes has not in the past been a productive activity - one cannot even get an acknowledgement let alone a sensible result.
Assuming that they have identified this shortcoming, perhaps they should have an efficient and responsive online complaints facility instead of the following:

Hi Everyone,
A lot of casinos are excluding Blackjack from their wagering requirements on bonuses due to the high incidence of bonus abusers prevalent in that group. For a while now we have been looking at ways to re-introduce this and make it available, so people wanting to play blackjack can claim a bonus.
Our current strategy is to make wagering on BJ count as 1/3 or 1/2 (depending on the bonus offered) towards meeting wagering requirements. Prior to this, BJ was excluded from the wagering requirements on most of our bonuses. These details are all present in our T&C's
We have no reason not to pay someone if they win - in fact, one player who played the $30 no deposit bonus recently cashed in over $1000.

I have had pleasant wins and experiences here when they opened. Their ongoing bonuses are useless though because of overstretched wagering requirements.
Other than that I would say they are a fine Casino.

Given them a try, quite liked the BJ software. According to the no purchase T&C's
BJ counts as 50% towards your total.
Played just over the required $900 to be able to claim my winnings. Ended up with the grand total of $30
Be interesting to see if they pay, if they don't & quote T&C's at me then there is no way I am going back there!

They won't pay you if you win. Here are partial copies of 2 email exchanges I've had with them lately.

Please note that since you wagered on Black Jack only 33% in taken into

They've done a few other shenanigans, such as not honoring bonuses, putting wagering requirements on a deposit that had no bonus associated with it, not giving the full bonus.
I've requested any information on other secret conditions they might have.
Bottom line is they seem to be averse to paying winners, which to me is the ultimate sin.

OK to be fair I tried this place for the free $30. ran it up to over $100 before losing it all. Software is proprietary I think, not too bad, its nice to see new software now and then. Hey a free $30 is a free $30, y'all should check it out.
