I just recieved the following email from both Jupiter Club and Fortune Junction:
'Good News - A new check has been processed for the amount of
£ XXX to meet your cash-out request, and its on its way to you. This check
should reach you in the next 10-12 days and I will be calling to ensure that
you received it and cashed it in.
We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate delay. Our risk management team
carries out numerous procedures, some routine and some special investigations on
an ongoing basis and unfortunately this occasionally (as in your case) creates a slight
delay. However, it is important to note that these rigorous procedures are ultimately for
your (the player's) benefit.
Thank your for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Kind Regards,'
They have not compensated me for the fees I've incurred in connection with this but I fully expect that I will be. I've had to pay close to $100 in fees from my bank a... | | Read Entire Entry |

This certainly looks like rocky casino behaviour.
There's an excellent mediator, Jydeman who has worked wonders for screwed Danish players in the past because he knows the pros and cons of the Danish issue backwards.
I have drawn his attention to this thread.

With regards to the question of Danish players: I know of three Danish players that has recieved bad cheques from either Jupiter Club or Bella Vegas. They recently stopped offering the welcome bonus to Danish players so perhaps they just thought they'd make that a retroactive decision. I highly doubt that this involves players from other countries.

I wrote an email to their support and they told me they would forward it to their cashier department. I am still waiting from a response from them, however, a friend of mine had the same problem with a bounced cheque from Bella Vegas and he got the answer that his account is under review by risk management and they will contact him if they find anything (apparently they don't even know if he did anything wrong, but still found thought themselfes justified to cancel his cheque). Meanwhile they advise him to send a bank-statement showing the charge of the bounced cheque. I'm almost willing to bet that I will recieve the exact same mail when I have news form their cashier.

Today my bank told me that the cheque I recieved from Jupiter Club a few weeks ago has bounced. I can see on other (Danish) message-boards that other players have the same problem with cheques from Bella Vegas (same group as Jupiter Club). Apparently this group has decided to cancel cheques sent to Danish players (if players from other contries are having similar problems please come forward, however, I seriously doubt it) for no specified reason other than the usual crap about the account being under review by risk management.
When cashing out I had to send them several documents, including copy of passport, creditcard and signed purchase history. These documents had to be approved before any winnings were sent. In other words they had plenty of time to check for any problems. They even called me up after registering to confirm my details. Now, of course I cannot speak for all the players affected by this but I can say that I KNOW for sure that I followed every rule in their terms. I am a leg... | | Read Entire Entry |
