Safebet is a website run by RTG. I filed a dispute with safe bet because winners playground would not pay me or even respond to an email. I got the same response from safebet after sending them 3 emails after subbmitting my dispute. They never wrote me once!

I'm a little confused. If they say the RNG is truly random (I've had them tell me that 150 times)and it isn't, isn't that cheating?

Or did they just make a mistake?

Not cheated but highly unlikely and not truely random. I dont think the major software outright cheat. In fact the different casinos can add or subtract different features thus have different payout ratios from each other.

Instead I think they change the percent wins. A small change in odds can make a big difference in their profit/loss.

My 1400 RTG games straight wins:
6 Me 6 (e 9) House 18 (e 17)
7 Me 1 (e 4) House 9 (e 8)
8 Me 0 (e 2) House 4 (e 4)
9 Me 0 (e 1) House 4 (e 2)
The above figures, for the house, seem okay until I look at WHEN they happened.

And total games of BJ house won over 52% (vs 48% ev).

The thing with angelcity was not about the odds or the fairness of the game, it was about them holding your winnings for any "out of god knows where" reason, returnig just your original deposit and keeping whatever it was you lost. Read a little about probability and statistics so you can understand why it is not unlikely to get four or more black jacks in a row (either the dealer or the player)when cards are shuffled after each hand. Happy fourth of July every one!!

Well I get the odds of 4 BJ's in a row ranging from 1 in 184,277 for single deck to 1 in 197,251 for 8 decks. 1 in 176,000 would imply a BJ once every 20.48 hands and that is simply wrong.

Anyway what I was really wondering does anyone know where on the Internet I could find published pay-out rates by game for land-based casinos?

RTG is great. In fact I believe they finally managed to sell a license to a US landbased casino, since the nevest addition (Connecttocasino) seems to have their servers placed in Florida.

RTG Casinos must be good, honest, and fair because they say so. And some of the clients of RTG? http://www.realtimegaming.com/

Included are the Angelciti group, Prism and other honorable mentions.

They must like RTG software as RTG is "the most profitable online casino solution on the net" according to the Rtg homepage.

They are, according to the registration info, mostly located and licensed in Costa Rica and Belize These are 2 of the paragon countries upholding customers rights.

They are independently tested by Safebet for accuracy and fairness. Wagerstreet says the only true regulator. "All of our games are independently tested for accuracy and fairness by SafeBet, the only true regulator of online casinos". Also many get rigorous testing by an independent testing facility called E-Gaming Directory. And Wow!!! many belong to the IGC. No, not the interactive but the Internet Gaming Commission, who unfortunately dont have any requirements for the...
