They have 24 hours a day support team there, that I can chat on their live chat and they are ery kind, they have a fast payments, a lot of great games and what I like the most they have a live roulette. I won $1,000.00 and got paid in three days.

Afraid I do not know where they are physically situated, IDDQD.
If I recall correctly the owner of Winners Playground is Hannelie Cillie (or something like that) an ex-accounting type who started the Global Interactive Casino group which (I think) is the holding company for the casinos. This information is unconfirmed, however - many casino owners are not too open with their information.

Sorry to hear that RTG have been of no assistance to you, but their record in this area is at best patchy and unpredictable.
It seems they do not have any longterm genuine effort to fix the awful reputation they have acquired as a result of dud licensees and their own lack of preparedness to help sort out problems.
This week at the other site there is a telling indictment of RTG by the Casinomeister, together with an open letter to Michael Staw the CEO. It will be interesting to see if he has the guts to respond.

No news. What's the point of answering my emails? They stole the money and happy about it...
I suspect the RTG itself is a little more then careless with its licensees. RTGPR posted on 07-17-2002 "if that person has been fortunate enough to not have had to risk any of their original deposit, they may be labelled a "bonus hunter", banned, and winnings oided (original deposit is usually returned). This is often misconstrued as not wanting to pay winners, when in reality the operator is attempting to protect himself. However, this philosophy is not a iable solution to the problem of bonus exploitation, and in fact, has been the cause of the large majority of complaints against RTG casinos. " I believe that the above does not condone such practice on principle, but rather only shows consern for bad publicity. I believe the RTG is just as guilty as its licensees and probably supports this practice.

Who was that signed by, IDDQ? Interesting and perhaps even encouraging to see that RTG has a Payout Investigation department - with some of the rogues they have as licensees they probably need it all the time.
But two weeks seems a long time to respond to your latest communication in this long-running dispute - they need to chase this licensee of theirs more igorously.

RTG reply so far (two weeks ago and nothing since):
Hello XXXXXX,
After some checking, we determined that the casino has returned your deposits back to your NETeller account. Still, we have contacted the casino and await their response.
Warm Regards,
Payout Investigation
RealTime Gaming
Here is what I wrote in response:
Dear RTG,
I do not question that they returned the deposits.
They did so AFTER I played and won, fraudulently alleging that I iolated their terms, which is just an excuse not to pay my winnings. If casino takes money from losers, but just returns deposits to the winners, how is it not a thievery as far as players are concerned?
Thank you.
XXXXXXXXX

Jydeman,
Thanks for the link, I filed the “official” RTG complaint.
Jetset,
Thank you for the email addresses, I wrote a short, but passionate letter. Hopefully someone will pay attention.
Sispike,
What exactly happened to those other 11 people? Did they resolve the issues?
Unfortunately I cannot talk to the casino directly anymore (see the email in my second post) Let’s see if RTG wants to straighten things up.

My favorite RTG excuse has been when they assumed the role of handwriting expert and told me the signature on my faxback form didn't match my drivers license. Another place had my go through rescanning the faxback form because I had left out the middle initial that is on my license. There is simply no excuse too pathetic for them to avoid paying you a little longer in the hopes you'll never do it

IDDQD, not that I in any way condone the activities of WP, but, why on earth did you use a different email address from the one on your NETeller account that you used for deposit? An experienced player should not give even the slightest "excuse" for trouble.
This far beyond excuse, this is just bull****. What is next? Discrepancy in address where casino account has "St" and NETeller has "Street"? Bottom line is that if crooked casino wants to find an excuse they will. This email discrepancy is a ery common issue and is never a problem with the honest casinos.
The specific reason BTW is that I am trying to outrun spam by moving everything to the new email address. As most casinos still have the old one, NETeller is also there.

Afraid Winnersplayground has a poor reputation - check the archives right here at WOL, where they have been critisized before.
As for ascertaining their licensing jurisdiction, they probably don't have one if the manager is not prepared to disclose it to you.
And many players have been trying for years to get RTG to tell the world what the phrase "legally licensed and fully insured" on their licensee sites means - they don't.
Try the RTG email address plus these three management addresses and see if you can get any satisfaction.
You might also ask them if they are members of the Interactive Gaming Coucil because if they are that would be another avenue of complaint.

Holy f***, they are seriously doing nothing but to STEAL your money here. I am shocked to read this, thought this Casino was at least sort of reliable. I have played at WP dozens of times about one and a half years ago until my account got locked.
I hope WP is getting some REALLY BAD reputation from this thread, things like that are really pissing me off.
Iddqd, send them emails until they bite their own a$$es, what a shame these scumbags are!!!

The sad part is that it WAS fun playing RTG BJ and waiting for those Valentine cards to come up. I was also ery happy I was ahead just playing straight BJ without any bonuses. Too bad I had to learn the hard way that this was a scumbag casino I was playing at.

WP turned crooks quite some time ago, IDDQD.
I knew there could be problems but I thought they would be limited to slow pay or maybe bonus denial.
I my case they just stole the money that I won without the bonus!
Nice operation, collecting money from losers and not paying the winners. This is nothing other then fraud and probably is a crime no matter where they are located.
