You only look to have tied 8 BJ's, not 17. I think you only lost 171 units if you take the BJs and double downs into account (you won an extra 5 on the double downs and and extra 35 with the BJ's assuming the wins count these too). Are you counting splits as two hands? If not, you probably lost less.

1, My main concern in here is as many MGs are not responding to emails, I am afraid they are going out of business.
2, I know how it feels when you are losing in a BM. It is ridiculous isn't it? After a few tough losses I have found out a way to beat the casino. And I have done fairly well (with their bonus) everytime since. Please notice that BM has never bragged about high payout %. Their published payout % is avg at 97%. Pretty shameful online.

It is said that we are supposed to win or lose by using doubles/splits and BJ to make up for the HA. But the HA is supposed to be lower. In any case, each casino (even if using the same software provider) is able to manipulate things by changing features.

With the current state of customer service it is ery important to read all the terms and conditions before a problem develops. If the casino cannot explain itself clearly on its web site, consider playing elsewhere.
AllCasinosCheat, Gold Club paid me in five days by Visa even though all my deposits last month were by Neteller. I guess they had to cheat you and a few others so they could pay me. Paranoia can be sucessfully treated. Seek professional help.

I sent an e-mail to Queens club (twice) requesting the monthly bonus. My e-mail was returned undelivered both times. I decided to cash out instead of trying again. I hope to get paid before something happens to Queens club.

Well, one thing i know for sure is that Gold Club is rigged. losing 200 in 2000 WR with 80% stakes of 2 dollar and 20% of 4, 8 and 12 is just not normal.
I am already preparing my countermeseruse against this casino.
Oh, btw, my emails they tend to answer quick in the past. dunno now.

I have been trying to contact a few BM casinos this week but I am getting zero response. They usually take less than 12 hours to reply but now they are just gone. I also have a few withdrawals that were approved but the money did not reach my hands. Anybody having same problems?
