So - it you (theoretically) had been paid your $180 - and a week later decided to play with the noncashable bonus and lost it - what would they do? Ask you to return the $180?

It makes no difference since you won't get paid either way, but what rules did they claim you broke? You need to be more specific about your cashout proceedure.

Prism Casino are refusing to pay $180 winnings, only because AFTER requesting the cash-in, I kept playing with my non-cashable bonus money and lost it. I tried to talk to them about it, but they just arrogantly claimed that I lost my winnings, that the rules are the bible and they have written it, and cancelled my account. What a sham!!!
