To roll this up once more...
A Bella Vegas manager has just called me and gave me a serious apology for what has happened. He blamed it all on a mistake by himself and sounded ery serious about it.
I accepted his apology and as a token of "good will" he gave me a free bonus of $150 into my Casino-account.
For me this case has been resolved now.
Bella Vegas worked it out eventually.

This has been "resolved" now after I had to send in dozens of emails. For a several weeks they simply ignored me but I did not let them go.
I do not know if I should call them morons or crooks now... or BOTH!!!!
They now opened another account for me and transfered my funds into it. I most definetely did not wager anymore and cashed-out last Friday. This part of their final email embarrased me the most:
"Schankwart, I am truly apologetic with regards to this problem and I assure you that Bella Vegas is a fantastic
online Casino to play in and I hope that you do not have any regrets about the issue that was on dispute, but rather, that you will see that we have been flexible in our decisions."
FLEXIBLE...??? It took them years to admit what they had done wrong and without my enormous work against this theft I would have NEVER seen my funds again!!

It's not common here but there seems to be another -Schank- in Austria whose account I played with.
I in fact have never even had an account at Bella Vegas but thought so. I just checked my email-outbox and found out that they gave me the account# without requesting any additional information (they just had my name). I then tried to log in, using my common password what did not work.
I can not recall right now how I managed to get the password though, I still have to find that out...

Btw. it's really nice you can just contact a casino and get username and password for a complete stranger
Schank - did you send them your name, address, b-day etc. when asking for your accountnumber? Someone probably ****ed up bigtime when searching for your account.

The Casino has finally answered on my query again and gave me an explanation...
They told me I would have played using an account which "is not mine".
After investigating I found out that they have sent me a wrong account# after I requested it ia email because I forgot mine.
Bella Vegas' supplied me with the account details (account# and password) of a person that has the same first name as I do. Now they are claiming I would have played using someone else's account which is true... but it was not my fault!
They messed it up and now they are putting me on the line... Great job Bella Vegas!!!
I'll keep you updated...

Okay....
...the questionable deposit did not have -any- bonus involved... Also I sent them numerous emails where they kept telling me someone would call me back later what never happened. They once indeed called me on the phone so they obviously know how to get a hold of me! -All the guy said was that "he does not have any details about my case yet so he will -call me back later-". -Yeah, right!!
As you can see they have answered my emails (sometimes) but I always got the same reply: "We will get back to you... because we have to look into this matter first..."

Just thought of something. When I played at Bella Vegas they called me up to welcome me to the casino and to erify my personal details. Are you sure you typed in your correct phone number? Maybe they tried to call you and the number didn't work or something.

No, but if you gave some details about your experience maybe somebody can point out if you made a mistake somehow. You are saying you deposited, recieved bonus, played only the allowed games, cashed out and then had your account locked and your winnings denied for no reasom? Did you recieve ANY emails from them regarding this or not?

Well, I have not even gotten a bonus on that deposit so there should simply be NO problem at all about gaming-restrictions.
I do not know what is wrong with them, they are obviously having some serious problem.
I will send them another email tomorrow...

Did you play according to the rules in their website? Like gamblingboi here said, they do restrict alot of games from their bonus playtrough requirements.
You have only accused them here, but you havent posted any real details about your case.

-I am upset to add another rogue Casino to the list here, these thieves are treating me like we have pretty much only known it from RTGs so far; They owe me a several hundreds for more than amonth now, locked my account, and never gave me even an explanation. More than half a dozen emails I sent were unanswered and they do not seem to be intended anymore to pay their players.
I am highly suggesting NOT to play here if they do not resolve this NICELY! -I really am SICK of these horrible thieving "Casinos"...
