5 months ago, I made an apparent mistake by playing at winners playground and grand royal casinos. Unfortunately, I did not know about WOL then.
I played only a few online casinos before I tried this group and had no problems.
I deposited $200 and played at winner’s playground winning $700.
I deposited $200 and played at grand royal and lost my deposit.
Email came from winners playground saying that my name was in some “fraud DB”, my account was locked and $200 deposit refunded.
Apparently no “fraud” was found by grand royal, where I lost, because I could login and deposit again any time
Email is not answered.
Customer Service cannot help on the phone because it is “a management decision” and the management is not available at the times that I call.
Is there anything that can be done? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
