Good News (we hope.)
Based on an Email we just received from a representative of this group, it looks like management will be honoring terms from the date the player joined. Obviously the right decision and hopefully it won't take too long for everyone to get their accounts straightened out.

After my $400 withdrawal had been reversed 2 times I cashed out again after they changed back their WRs and got paid today.
-I told them from the beginning I would not wager any more cent!

I agree with these sentiments. The wagering requirement roller coaster was only started within the last few weeks.
I thought it prudent to wait a while and see if they went bust, so I could recover from Price Waterhouse.

If congress does (and they might), it will be in large part because the industry cannot/will not regulate itself. I really wish that the major portal owners, casino groups, and software distributors would ban together in an association to police rogue casinos.
As it stands, it appears many casinos only want compulsive players as they classify anyone who uses restraint as "an abuser". As they contribute nothing to the local economy, there is no reason not to make online gamining illegal. After all, land based casinos provide employment, construction, investment, and cheap entertainment. Why allow an online alternative whose only function is to attract compulsive players in their home?

The Casino Rewards group has now gone to 7X D+B and 15X D+B for VP and blackjack. I guess deposits fell precipitously with the 40X playing requirement.
From the response I got regarding my outstanding wagering these figures seem to be retroactive.

I don't feel that way. The online industry's inability to regulate itself, is its single biggest failure. Without the intermediary negotiators there is not a good reason for it to continue. If/when online gambling is banned the online casinos will have themselves to blame to a large degree. An unregulated industry that abuses players won't continue in the US. I am glad you are here - even when I don't have a problem.

You know what is unbelieveable is that they would incur all this wrath over what must be fairly small dollars. I don't understand why they don't get out in front of this issue and put it to bed. Every major portal owner either has them on the bad boy list or will have or has/will delist them. I don't get it.

If it's too complex for them to work out how much has been played toward the requirements then how can they work it out come cashout?
The mentality is astounding and everyone involved should do exactly what G2B says in order for him to have an influence.
I doubt Microgaming will accept this retroactive applicance of terms as the way for 1 of their casino's behave.

Nope. Not right.
The T&C cannot be applied retroactively. The time of cashout is not the point at which a T&C comes into play. The time at which play begins is when a T&C should be applied. Period.
