It was the strange sign-up bonus rules of 32Red (wagering requirements can only be met on the first deposit) that resulted in a bonus denial and led me to look at the playcheck logs (because I was not aware of this strange rule at the time). I guess because I only deposited more money just to make a double down, 32Red decided to grant me the bonus.[/B][/QUOTE]
They never posted this "strange" rule in their T&C. I was denied the bonus even when I pointed out that.

Thanks for the explanation.
I never save Playtech logs either - maybe if they were as easy to save as Intercasino's I would.

A $200 double down ($200+$200) was not recorded correctly. The card information was there. Only the amount wagered was zero or blank. I am 100% sure of this. I can't be sure what caused this except for maybe exiting the game to deposit more money and returning to finish the hand.
Playcheck only goes back 7 days. Plus, I never save playcheck logs (maybe I'll start doing that). I have some e-mail correspondence with 32Red saved, but it doesn't prove much because 32Red never told me how much I was short on the wagering requirements. All 32Red did was give me the bonus, after I requested it a second time (without any mo... | | Read Entire Entry |

Moral of my story ... check your playcheck logs if they say you haven't wagered enough. You might be suprised at what's in there. If you flat bet, it might be hard to spot missing hands unless you record every hand yourself.
How much did they record your wager for after you logged back in? Still $0? One would think it would record $400 at that point. Pretty buggy software if it can't record amount wagered. Are you implying it can't even record all your hands played? What ersion of software is this? Do you think they are working on fixing this bug?

I dont know why you guys are still playing at BMs. At least 5 BMs are no longer answering to emails and many have become slow payers. I dont know which BMs you are guys specifically refering to but if I were to close my casino I no longer would let my players win.

My last 4 Boss deals have averaged out to a little over 30% HA. I think we all need to see a doctor as this BM problem is becoming contagious.

I had an interesting experience at 32Red with their sign-up bonus. After completing the wagering requirement and requesting the bonus, I was told to wager more.
I looked back in playcheck and I discovered that my biggest bet was listed in playcheck as a $0 bet.
What happened was I made a $200 bet and was dealt a double down hand. I did not have enough money to cover the double down. So, I exited the game and deposited more money. I went back and completed the double down (so $400 total wagered).
I e-mailed 32Red and told them about this. They confirmed what happened and gave me the bonus. I don't know if a lot of other MG casinos would do this for their players.

Any chance you noticed an absence of the single-deck game if you had the "old" software". Did they switch to 2 decks on you? When was the last time you played and how many decks did you think you were playing?

BL, I am getting the same treatment at 7sultans.
For the signup bonus, I had deposited $85 and they had said that the total WR was $1550.I had wagered more than $2000 and when I tried to withdraw, it was declined.
They sent me an email saying I need to wager $1250 more.
Where is that FL VP again? And where did that thread go?

I don't bash casinos with no reason. I just got cheated by 1 FL casino. They made a mistake on how much I have wagered and never credited me with a promised bonus. When I sent in email to say they were wrong, no reply.

I personally have had terrible luck with MG but it could be me... Although I do know of others who have questioned the MG dealer. I played a few sessions recently where the BJ seemed to have an Ace in his hand every other deal but it could be me being unlucky!!! I am just going to cancel out my losses when I hit Major Millions.... LOL

I personally am up with MG. But only because I received bonuses. I think if I used no bonuses my results would be slightly below theoretical.
Sure Clayman will say something different.
Dirk, I know you believe MG is rigged. But what are your overall results?
