First, I rule that the title of this thread is legit , unless FL can forward their explanations satisfactorily. (ie. proving johnnydemp's fake ID or other misdeeds). Btw, I don't understand FL's staement, "Our original findings were unfortunately confirmed." What findings? How confirmed?

There is a difference, raje. You can dislike whoever people having whatever reasons. But openly expressing your dislike of a person without a solid reason to back up is big big inappropriate. Some people do good deeds 9 times out of 10, yet we don't even appreciate the 9 times but only criticize (with disrespect) the 1 time that we dislike, it's also unfair.
To dislike is your right. To criticize is so easy. But it takes character to be understanding. A word to BL as well.

jetset,I m sure he is a good man n has helped a lot of people n is as straight as my hair.
Two people can be equally good in the eyes of the society and yet dislike each other.
It's often due to personality clashes like speech mannerisms or one's outward potrayal or one's way of tying shoelaces etc.
Glimpsed on BL's post and well, if you're on the same boat u can't help talking to each other can u?

Caruso, who are you? The online casino forum God? The title is not misleading, I called Fortune Room and was told that my deposit and winnings would be witheld from me because they claim my ID was fake. Is this not theft? I'd like to hear your definition. Since this thread was started they have refunded my deposit after going through 2 weeks of posting at casinomeister, but are still keeping my winnings. Since they are rightfully mine and my ID is not fake, keeping the money constitutes theivery, thus making Fortune Room thieves. So why don't you get a life and find something productive to do with your time, perhaps start your own site then you can be in charge of the edits.
BTW if my title is misleading then was this title also misleading, "Angelciti (RTG) steal thousands of dollars of players' winnings." I guess if the almight Caruso names the thread then it is ok.

Bryan Bailey has oluntarily resolved more player disputes than any of you guys can shake a stick at, I would enture to speculate. And he continues to do so on a weekly basis both privately and on his site. I know that first hand, because I have on occasion helped out.
Your profiles give you the protection of anonymity, so I'm not sure whether some of you are offended webmasters or have other issues with BB, but in my dealings with the guy I have always found him to be genuinely concerned on player issues and a straight arrow.

VPops, I haven't heard a thing from you for weeks even though you said you were investigating a problem with someone who had a complaint which I forwarded to you. You said you thought he was in a Russian syndicate but I'm not so sure seeing as his email IP came from Canada!
I also received similar bonus offers as ACC had but these were at the beginning of the month. I forwarded the offers to you as well as customer services as I was told to when I phoned. I have only received the bonus in one of the three acounts so far (7sultans)!

The ID is perfectly legitimate:
1) I have used this ID and recieved no problems at Golden Palace, Casino Tropez, Captain Cooks Casino, Casino Kingdom, Slots casino, Sun Palace, and these are just the ones of the top of my head, and I have NEVER been questioned on it before.
2) I used the ery same ID to have my neteller account certified.
Fortune Louge casinos are simply a scam organization which should be avoided by all players!!

And change that info, it's two deck game and not one deck as stated in the BJ help!
You may have good bonusses and all the fancy lay out sites, CS is the most inmportant of all. If casino has good support but the bonusses are 20% then they will still get as many players as you. Cashing out 20 dollar and having it in your account in 20 minutes is far more better then waiting two weeks for a bounced 40 dollar check. Get your business running and reset the prioreties there at FL.
Let's hope that the emails I got were coming from an affiliate who just wanted some players to deposit and play. And the bonus was a fake.

The issue has been dealt with in detail on Casinomeister.
We did, indeed, give him the benefit of the doubt and had the documents he provided evaluated by a panel of experts to ensure we were dealing with this issue correctly. Our original findings were unfortunately confirmed. The fact that he is using the credit card he refers to at other casinos may be a possibility as not all casinos follow the same fraud detection processes.
johnnydemp has been refunded his deposit.
Players need to note that it is always crucial to obtain the name of the support person you are dealing with in order to make it easier to deal with the specific individual.
