Clayman, I had similar expirience at Wallstreet casino yesterday. I thought the Wr was 10x 100 bonus. So I played it, wanted to cash out. But they told me WR is 20. I quoted them their own rules. I will get paid and they will update their site.

I think you mean you must have original deposit plus twice the bonus(es) to withdraw.
Watch out for the "72 hour" requirement and that BJ is twice the normal playthru, i.e. 10X, I think.
ACC - I'd e-mail them directly with your question and that way you will have something in writing from them should things get "misinterpreted" down the road. It's helped me before, though sometimes you will get "the CS wasn't authorized to tell you that".

AS, are you 100% sure, I can withdraw my deposit any time? Or only after meeting WR, or not at all?

I used to play here regularly until they changed their bonus structure.
They have now changed it again, where you now have to meet wager requirements, in addition to the old requirement to have 2X your deposit plus your bonus in your account when you withdraw. Otherwise you can only withdraw your initial deposit.
More casinos are now making it harder to withdraw the bonus, with some making their bonues "sticky", that is, you can't withdraw the bonus at all, only the winnings from the bonus.
At least here there is some chance to withdraw the bonus also.
