Just an update:
MiniVegas is back in action, answering emails and honoring bonuses. They took away the 10% NETeller bonus (which IMO was the best online) but instead they have a new 100% monthly match.

Queen's Club on the other hand is still unreachable electronicly. Not sure if they have block my email or something.

They would have to give me 500% match bonus if they wanted me to play their single deck!!!!!!! I never wanted to play their single deck before so the exclusion of it does not affect me.

I am not going to risk depositing $100 and get nothing but aggravation.

Hey most email got through in our little DNS trouble time and the toll free lines were unaffected.

Any players that since emailed me personally either ia support@ or the manager email address on the website got a personal reply and often an extra bonus to compensate for any mail delays, so Id say that was pretty fair CS.

Difficult to claim the bonus, according to the casino terms, If the email is not working

"...To claim your bonus, players must email support with your PIN number (found in the 'info' area of the casino) and your full name...."

Also the T&C for winning the bonus has been increased to 35X bonus from 20X.

"the bonus and deposit combined must be wagered at least 10 times before a withdrawal is permitted.

And since March single deck BJ excluded.

I am thinking about the same as HKGambler.
I have been trying since June, everytime I send them an email it takes about 4,5 days to bounce back. Then I just keep re-sending it everytime it comes back.
HOW CAN ONE RUN A CASINO WITHOUT EMAIL FOR 1 BLOODY MONTH??????????

According to Bonuslover's initial post, their email was dead since end of June. Now, one month later, Samantha comes here telling us "We are at full speed after a little mail DNS problem". Really "good" CS!!

Hey people, we pay and always will pay VERY timely. And unlike many casinos, straight back onto your Visa card if you prefer.

Haven't played there in a couple of weeks. I still have some old affiliate links floating around the net that pull in a few hundred every couple of months, and always get paid promptly on that end, but really don't know too much more about them.

-known to be tight with bonus but all of a sudden become generous
-very slow payment (probably none at all)
-when you isit their website, there is a pop-up linking to Captaincooks.

*edit: they just put the phone # back up but I am sure it wasn't there some hours ago. I just called in and the lady did not speak English ery well. In fact, it seems to me that the line (instead of going to Webdollar where people with British eccent handles your call) was directed to off coast. It was like calling the RTG in Costa Rica.
