Finally I got PIF today.
They claimed to "have changed" their rules and that now all players with higher withdrawals need to send in these documents once.
I have already had dozens of bigger withdrawals there when I was still a VIP and they were processed no problem at all.
Let's just call it "coincidence"...... or so.....

Seems weird you played all this time and never had to send in documents? Was this a particularly large withdrawal?
Anyway, hopefully, if that is all it is, there will be no problem.

Important update:
I just found out that they already haad replied to my emails but sent it to a totally different email address that I have not checked for ages! -It still took them WEEKS to eventually give me any response though what is already pretty bad.
However, they now want me to send in some documents.
Let's see how that goes.......

Thanks for the info Jetset,
they are a Playtech by now though!
Yes they are Playtech now so the BM address will be of no use.
Best regards
Geoff

Here is the promo for New York Casino Aug 4/03
Manhattan Match
We’re matching the first deposit you make of the amount specified in the schedule during our Manhattan Match promotion. Only one bonus per person. The NETeller bonus is not available on this deposit. Players must wager an amount at least equal to 20x the bonus amount and 1x the deposit amount before the bonus is available for withdrawal
I deposited $75 for the $75 bonus..
I wagered $1800 and decided to cashout my $50 balance.
A window opened stating I did not meet wager reqs.
I sent the following email
I received a $75 bonus plus $3.75 neteller bonus on my $75 dollar deposit.
According to your rules, I am suppose to wager 20 times the bonus before I am
able to cashout. I have wagered approx. $1800.
The cashier states that I had not wagered enough when I tried to cashout.
Can you explain what is happening?
Their reply
Thank you for contacting The New York Casino.

You guys misunderstood me, of course I am on players' side! One time I was in the same situation as Schankwart and I had little hope in getting my winnings and deposits. I emailed the manager telling him I was willing to forfeit the winnings but they at least have to pay me back my deposits. Guess what, deposit in my NETeller account within 12 hours and they also gave me $20 as a consolation.
I might be over pessimistic, but I really do hope Schankwart get his deposit back at least.

Why would he want to forfeit his legitimate winnings?
There is absolutely no excuse for any casino to ignore the emails of a client.
Go after them, Schank - this is not acceptable behaviour, especially refusing to respond to your emails after such a large amount of cash has not been paid.
If you don't come right try emailing this guy at Boss Media:

With the current prospect of online gaming in the USA, I won't be surprised to see some casinos ready to flip their bad side out and call it quits. Although this might not be the case for this casino, I do suggest Schankwart to write the casino telling them he just wants his deposit back and forfeit the winnings.

USA Casino has always paid me within a few days time and they seemed to be ery reliable. I was a VIP at their Casino but they canceled my membership because they did not like "my style of play", in other words they"did not like to "see a VIP winning".
I cashed out 5 Grand+ in mid July and requested a payment ia Neteller (as always). Doubtlessly without any concerns I expected the money top be in my Neteller-account a few days later but as of today I have NOT BEEN PAID!!!
The withdrawal is "waiting" in the banking section and everyone, even the Casino-manager is refusing to answer my emails.
An apparently ery well organised Casino shows it's nasty claws here.
BE AWARE before you consider playing at USA Casino and their partner New York Casino!!!!
