You obviously couldn't (in modesty) mention your own tenacity and determination not to be ripped off, Caruso - WTG, man and I am glad to see it was all worth it for you in the end.
This prolonged exercise may also give other unscrupulous operators pause for thought before attempting similar frauds on their players.
As for Angelciti group's Shark Casino and the Casinomeister Rogue List, I would recommend that the entry in the Rogue List be annotated to show that this group did, eventually do the right thing by the players thanks to the late intervention of new management.
But I would suggest that after the arrogance and apparent dishonest conduct of the senior management of the company, Shark should remain "on probation" for at least three months until its performance can be confirmed as above board on a continuing basis.

(The above mentioned dispute with maxmax involved a different promo. If I understand correctly, it was left to Casinomeister to resolve. That was my suggestion to them at the time, but since he had already registered a complaint with Bryan it was probably always going to happen that way, my advice notwithstanding. In the end, since the player did not actually receive the offer from the casino directly he was judged not to be entitled to the winnings.)
Thanks to everyone for their help in this long drawn out affair: time to put it to bed at last:
Bryan Bailey - for handling the initial complaints and mediating the final resolution.
Jetset (Brian Cullingworth) - for his dogged and unsolicited assistance throughout -without which I'd have most likely given up - and for keeping the matter up to date with his Infopowa articles which generally helped to apply the right pressure in the right places.
Messers Del Sol and Lee from Angelciti - for coming on board at the eleventh... | | Read Entire Entry |

I don't think non-receipt of the promo should be a problem, since it was posted on a few forums and as such I'm sure it was an "allcomers" offer. Also, RTG codes can be blocked by the casino, which this one evidently wasn't, which doesn't suggest any exclusivity.
Anyway, I Emailed for some clarification.

Of course Angelciti will steal thousands no matter what. It seems they are paying people who posts on the forums, but what about the players who knows nothing about sites like this?
It's quite hard for me to understand why players have to contact AC themselves to get paid. Why don't AC look over all their accounts and pick out the ones that they committed their fraud against?

I email angelciti several times a week with no response, I have posted in forums about this problem and tries to call them on the phone, what am I doing differently then the people they are paying, I played the same promotion, got the same email from them, I won $4900, they will still be stealing thousands from players if they pay everyone but me

Aside from Sdaddy, someone else has been paid, who has not come forward here and acknowledged the fact. Whoever you are, can you please do so? I'll assume for the time being that the person in question is "Goodman".
The case for "Interhope" is currently being looked into, and I know nothing whatsoever about "Maxmax", who seems to be another poster recently emerged from the woodwork.
Good work, Mr. D.S.

SharkCasino is the first online casino to designate a tournament to a specific no-profit organization and will continue to do so in the coming years.
Falsehood. The least they could do is spend some time on research before they make dubious claims.
Well, ok, maybe a TOURNAMENT, I don't know about that, but they are definitely not the first to make a commitment to a specific charity.
Black Rhino Casino, for one. And I believe there were a few before that.

Pfffff...and you didn't speak up before why, exactly?
If you Email me some ID (name or username) I can probably escalate it with Ricardo next week, assuming he's not on it already - which he probably is.
Actually that does make sense, since Bryan received seven comnplaints in total and we only had six listed here.

i just got off the phone with ricardo. my situation is interesting as there is fault on both sides.
I cashed out my balance of 8000.00. I submitted my documents and all was well. then i hear nothing and i try to login a week or two later and my account is locked. I call and email and was put off and not replied to.
Well what happened was they sent me a check and my neighbour signed for it but never gave it to me all the way back in may (24th).
When ricardo told me they sent a check i went door to door asking if anyone signed for it and apparently it was one of those "oops i totally forgot" situations and they handed me the still sealed envelope.
So they did pay fast but i had no way to know that they paid since my account was locked, i got no tracking number, and i received no replies.
There were several miscommunications apparently but in the end the matter has been resolved.
Thank you goes out to
Casinomeister
Ricardo

In a real public company, the Board of Directors would be asking for George's resignation. Now THAT would go along way to establishing credibility.

A big cheer for Caruso, who hung in there when it looked hopeless and won out for everyone in the end.
If ever there was an illustration of player power, this is it. I hope everyone notices.
And to Wilson and Ricardo - good job in the short time you have been with Angelciti.

Page 7, ten posts from the bottom.
It was a GPWA member for whom Cindy mediated, throwing her site into the "negotiaions" for some rule-bending on the casino's part. Don't know any details beyond that. Anyway, it was sorted.
EDIT: FTR, a second player has now been paid. I hope they'll post.
