Coincidentally, this all happened just when I registered my new address. I don't know if that has something to do with it.
The point I'm trying to make is that before a casino accepts someone's deposit and gives a bonus, they should also appraise them of the terms if they are different than posted. In my opinion that is unethical and demonstrates a casino that is predatory. By industry standards, that would be unacceptable.
When you send an email to Queens Club cs and it comes back as undeliverable, that is a little troubling as well.
I am still waiting for a response from the casino mgr (if there really is one). If I don't like what I read, I'm sending it over to Casinomeister, the best Regulator that online gamblers have.

Queen's Club has been having problems in almost every aspect of running a casino. The all-time 'classic' is running the casino with NO EMAIL SUPPORT for 5 weeks. They will strive for any records.

I don't know what's going on at Queens Club. I went to make a cash in and I was told that I didn't meet the wagering requirements so I sent them an email and they tell me that the casino manager has raised my wagering requirement to 30X Bonus and Deposit due to bonus abuse. The terms state 10x. They tell me that I was already informed but that's not true.
I think the real reason is that I have taken these guys to the cleaners. In comparison to my wins, the bonuses are miniscule. They accused me of bonus abuse. The reality is that they are guilty of casino abuse. I think I'll send this one over to the Casinomeister. Maybe he can help. This really burns me up. Are there any reputable casinos left out there?
