This probably affects all the crypto casinos using the java ersion (some UK casinos I've seen only seem to have the java ersion available).
First of all, I think this only happens you if you get some sort of crash in the middle of a hand. Somone who joined my forum sent me a jpg of something and described it in detail.
She was dealt a 10 alue card and the dealer had a 6. Everything then stopped. She then restarted the casino game and she was dealt an ACE on the ten. Instead of registering as a blackjack or even standing automatically, she was given the choice of hitting, standing or doubling and she doubled and won!
