The unfortunate fact is that CSR's are not always the best people to talk to despite this being their job.

In many, many cases CSRs have language difficulties, are either ignorant and untrained or badly briefed and in some cases are downright dumb and discourteous. That might be poor selection and training, of course.

I would suggest you email and ask for your communication to be forwarded through to management.

Thanks GamblingBoi but I don't think it will make a difference for these cretens. I'd thought I'd post this publicly so that players can think twice should they decide to play at this dump. If they have little control over where their mailers are sent how can they have control over your deposits and claims?

they have control of whether or not the affiliate can continue to be an affiliate with the casino.

email them and give them a link to this thread, perhaps they could respond as to why Slotland knows how to handle their missbehaving affiliates and yet they cannot.

The problem is I tried chatting with them and this time got a "Richard" he then told me they have no control over the mailings and ended my session again. What an operation don't you think? Scary to think what would happen if you deposit money into this place

email their management and inform them that one of their affiliates is breaking the terms and conditions of their contract with the casino.

There was an affiliate that was abusing the system at Slotland, and I informed them. Within an hour the manager had emailed me to say that they had cut off the affiliate and credited me a freebie. Good casinos don't want spammers making them look bad, and should stop the affiliates who are breaking the rules.

Today I got about 3 spamming promos from this casino ia a endor name "gamblehero" whom I've NEVER subscribed to. Irritated I went on the chat window from this casino and spoke to "Anthony" whom doesn't seem to have a clue of what he's doing after I explained the situation.

Then he asked for my full name and told me that he couldn't help me if I don't. To make the story short I was told that they weren't the one who sent out the mailer and that there's little control they have over the situation. So I asked who has control in this matter and he rudely ended the chat session. Any advice of what I should do?
