Last time I looked these folks were powered by Chartwell Tech and if that is still the case then I would be concerned.
Chartwell have had a couple casinos go down this year leaving players unpaid and they have exhibited a singular lack of concern, saying that it is not their problem and in one case a senior guy admitted they had been burned as well.
If TG has failed it doesn't look good.

Is anyone having trouble communicating or getting paid by Tropical Gardens?
A player has contacted me regarding problems with TG. He is owed $1200....for well over a month....and TG absolutely refuses to communicate with him. He has presented the problem to Julie at gambling.com but she has not gotten back to him.
I realize that this problem cannot be resolved here but I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered similar intractability from TG?
