It appears that Ritz Club, Total bet and UK betting do not accept play from the US as there is not option for US registration and they do not return my emails?

I have been wondering about the Euro Inter... I would play but they don't take Neteller or really anything else that US players can use. How to deposit??

I assume the Spanish Inter is in Euros so it doesn't matter that you cannot recieve the bonus in $ more than once. Either way, the German or French Inter is definetely in Euros and you can the monthly bonus at those places even if you get the bonus at US-Inter.
Yes, you can have a monthly bonus at both Cooks and Cooks Flash but if you think the 32 Red bonus is to small you probably won't like the Cooks Flash Bonus - it $25 for $50. And Kingdom is even worse - only $19 for $50. Still I usually do okay at those places.

Ok, some of those bonus are ok, Cooks 60 for 60. But I don't get too excited about a $32 match bonus. I guess it is better than nothing though. I tried playing at the Spainsh Intercasino but found out that you cannot get the match bonus in USD at more than one Intercasino. jpsartre, are you saying that you can get a match bonus at both the flash and regular Cooks casino?

I think everyone would like a list of 20 monthly bonus. I will start the list and stingray can finish it. Intercasino, Goldclub and Wallstreet. I don't think there are 17 others out there unless you count the ones that cheat. If Stingray can come up with 3 more, much less 17 more, I would be surprised. If he can I will give him half my winnings, or send him a bill.

Yes things are looking up.I have got 20 monthly casino bonuses on the go and there seem to be more and more offering monthlies every month.
Maybe we are seeing the end of ridiculous wagering reqs and restrictions.

Looks like BJBallroom have lifted the ban on playing BJ for the sign up wagering reqs,seems the others in the group now allow BJ again.
