finally the problem is resolved.

but of the 30 emails i got from them 20 were the same template emails about cashin. i think they didnt read my emails propetly until i have used the largest font size (72 pt) for my emails message.

why dont you just mail the customer Services Manager directly with all your details.

whenever I had real issues to sort out, she did it within no time. I have to say that it is really odd that you received such bad customer service

Casinos also muck around and dont give you the money straight way, and make up all sorts of excuses why or why not they can't give you the money and wait sometimes 2-3 weeks its crazy.

Aces High are simply a joke. My brother played there a year ago (one of the first casinos he tried out, and yes he lives in a separate house etc so no excuse for any sort of abuse). He won $150, and had deposited $100 so cashed in $250. They sent out a cheque which took about three weeks to get to him - the letter from proc-cyber said it was for £155, whereas the cheque was actually for £55. (This did not even cover his deposit). He contacted them and after weeks of 'investigating' nothing much seemed to happen. It got to Christmas and nothing had happened (they wouldn't just reissue the cheque for the correct amount!), and he had to phone some woman in the UK who told him to send the cheque back, and then she'd send a new one. he sent it - heard nothing for another two months so started pestering them again. It is no one year after he played, and he has still not recieved the cheque, despite them promising to send it a month ago. Their latest reply was 'operations will look into this with upmost urgenc...

first of all, i can see no reason why i should pay for calling them. they should call me.

second i pruchased with neteller, yet i have no neteller option to cash in. NOBODY UNDERSTANDS THIS. I HAVE NO OPTION OF CASHING IN BY NETELLER THRU NETELLER.

ALL THOSE CRS's DO IS SAY THAT I CAN CASH OUT VIA NETELLER. I AM SO TIRED. I AM CORRESPONDING ALREADY 5 DAYS WITH THEM AND STILL NO PROGRESSION.

NOBODY UNDERSTANDS MY PROBLEM LIKE I AM FROM MARS OR SOMETHING.

My problem: purchased ia neteller. played. gone to cashier entered amount to cash in >>> error, my method of purchase is unknown so i need to cash in ia check. which costs me 12,5 euro plus 4% of the total amount (4 euro). thats 16 euros. all i want is to cash in to neteller.

someone help me please. aces high sends me template emails everytime the same: i have to go to cashier and cash out. Duuuh.

Hi allCasinosCheat,

I am sure that they do offer the option to refund back to Neteller as I have done this before.

It could be that you did not use Neteller with Aces High before - you have to purchase with it before they can refund. And you also have to have purchased within the last 6 weeks.

I have been playing at Aces High for 2 years and have always found their refunding to be better than others.

I called them with regards to the e-mail address and they say that it was removed to stop it from being used for spam (spiders)

I also believe in that all casinos cheat and they are a buisness and they love getting back the money back that they have lost ia people winning.

riverbelle.com and aceshighcasino.com have the same domain registrant, and emails go to the same mailservers in S.Africa

(riverbell is a 'partner' casino on aces high site.)

So if no joy after a few days, you can always try them.

LOL... Sometimes you can be quite funny ACC...

Do yo try calling them? I do this all the time as I hate waiting several days to get a reply on email. It's not ery expensive even if your calling from Europe. I usually just call the UK-number.

Deposited, played. then the bank page tells me my deposit method is unknown and i cant cash out thru netteller. they use PCS.

Well, I went to their website, NO EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED. They have a email form - so i filled it in - guess what IT DOESNT WORK.

went to casino software sended email ia soft. still no answer.

emailed several emals to support@, techsupport@.... email addresses, in order to guess what address they use.

IT IS REALLY LOUSY THAT U DONT HAVE EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE.

AND THEIR 24/7 SUPPORT MEANS THAT U SEND 24 EMAILS AND THEY READ 7. They don't answer my emails... is this the second queens club?
