They're taking forever to pay me. I'm pretty sure there's nothing about THAT in their terms.
And just so I won't seem like a basher, I'll add that Good As Gold just paid me 3 hours after cashin. Easily the fastest payment I've ever received.

If it helps any, nobody wants you to write a novella for every hand.

I found their 'memory' to be ery short and selective. The log only remembers the most recent hands and sometimes even skips hands. Only recently, I started to take detailed manual notes, due to requests for substantiation on this discussion board. Prior to that I only kept notes for the purpose of my progressive play and discarded them at the end of the game. The Aspinall experience has been over 2 months ago. But regardless how many stats and proof I will provide, they won't change the minds of those true 'casinos don't cheat' believers.

Once again, all KX has asked for, all any of us for, is detail on your statements. Could you please tell us how long these 3 streaks were and how many you won/lost, etc?
Given some of your stated statistical knowlegde in the past, I doubt if you would know a 1000 to 1 streak if you saw it.
But yes - if you had 3 1000 to 1 streaks in a row with the same software, that would actually be news.

No, you didn't read the T&Cs correctly since you claimed it was a 10* requirement. And no, they did not change their terms retroactively, they changed their terms and that naturally applies to all playing after the terms have been changed.
The same would apply at any casino. But who cares, u seem to think the world is falling down because you need to wager your parking change a few times extra. Others are fearing not getting paid thousands of dollars, and still you fill up the board with your useless trash, sigh.
Yes, Aspinalls is operated by Golden Palace which is indeed licensed by Kahnawake, so there's no problem there either.
Btw, who cares about Kahnawake regulations anyhow, they don't mean a thing in practice.

You are splitting hairs. If they were kosher, the same freak loosing streak wouldn't have happened on the same day at all 3 casinos that early in the game. I wouldn't call that 'without the slightest proof'. It's too much of a coincidence. How much more money do I need to loose until you would call it sufficient proof?

I don't think that my conclusion about Aspinall/GrandOnline/Merlin is far-fetched. And as far your experience is concerned, all it proofs is that they don't always cheat.

How did you play at 1:1000 risk?
If you are using progressive betting, your chance of wipe out is much higher than you think.
Considering you buy $100 and get $200. With bank roll of $300 and 2:4:8:16:32:64:128 (after that you are done anyway) your chance of loosing 7 units is much higher than you think. With 0.7 house egde and 1.16 STD, the chane of loosing 7 units in a row is 1 in 56.

Aspinall, GrandOnline, Merlin all have one thing in common: Extreme loosing streaks for new players playing on their 200% new player bonus deal. I have never been wiped out quicker at any other casino. I know there is a 1:1000 chance/risk of those loosing streaks to occur. But if three of those streaks happen on the same day within the first minutes of play at 3 casinos owned by the same joint, I know that they are cheats.

Yepp, Aspinalls is, and has always been a ery good place to play. Unfortunately they have a bad reputation they do not deserve due to OPAs blacklisting of any casino affiliated with Golden Palace.
