They have corrected whatever was wrong, and added 20€ extra for all the trouble i have gone trough. Seemed fair.
And the good thing is . I won 240€ from their this months promo , and now the system worked, so i am happy.

The customer service is horrible. They now know i am missing 60€, they dont answer to any emails, and live chat still hasnt credited my account with 60€. Just saying that they are contacting bossmedia who will sort it out.
More then 2 weeks now

I made a cashout recently at WH£ and CS was poorer than expected from eCash UK.

I had to send in some details and didn't get a reply saying everything was in order so I emailed them twice (2 days between) without a reply.

I then phoned and got things sorted out once I'd got through the 'semi-language' barrier.

Finaly recieved my cheque 2 weeks after cashing out (not a terrible time, but ia FedEx from London to Middlsebrough it should be a little shorter than that).

Just waiting for my £10k to clear

How strange, I'm missing 60 Euros now too. Contacted live support who's final statement after asking me three thousand security questions was "I'm sorry, I can't help you".

Now that's support. Email on it's way but I won't hold my breath waiting for a response. Shame that this Boss ersion is damaging Hill's reputation

I've never had / heard of problems with William Hill's Cryptologic or E-Cash customer support. They seem to be one of the best performing on that score.

Their new Boss casino is too new for me to get any proper opinions of my own or other people, but I've not had any problems with Victor Chandler Casino.

I'd be interested to know whether this problem is an isolated incident or is more common.

The customer support has improved on the euro ersion somewhat, so maybe the staff was new when they started out, because it has been better now.
I still havent recieved my 60€, (2 weeks now), but they now have found out that i am really missing 60€ from my balance, and are in contact with boss media about the matter.
Hopefully it gets sorted.

I wouldn't be worried yet, ecash has a pretty poor cs reputation, but they usually get there in the end.

I am not allowed to discuss any info about Cryptologic, or give away any secrets, but to suffice to say that no one person knows how the system works, its a multitude of modules linked together. The odds of calcualting all seeded compounded modules is impossible. Each one is taken from Real random events. Sounds impossible, but this is why this company is a world leader in this software.

Most of the programs operated by the Online Casinos are flexible, like slots, payout percentages can be altered.

JB is uncanny in is accurate percentage of around 20%, this is what is actually against you, although the casinos can lower this to a figure of around 2.8%, if they wish.

Roamer, you are spot on too. It would appear ery biased...
