It really sucks they won't honor what you have been told in writing by one of their own CSR's. No class.
Kind of a big increase from 20*bonus only to 35* b+d.

I have deposit $100 20 Aug at Wallstreet Casino.They have credit $100 match bonus.
I have wager 2000 more.When I meet the WR this month.Cashier show I havent the bonus still.

As you are currently a Bronze member you will have to wager 35 x
(bonus+deposit). In your case 35x(100+100)=$7000.
As far as I can see you have wagerd $2090 since you received your bonus.
