Still nothing in my Neteller account.
Omni and Sand apologized to me and give me $10 for the delay, what is money good for if I can't withdraw at all?
It seems to be the problem on ECash side. When I called them they said they will investiage it in 24 hours. Nothing happened after 2 days so I called them again. This time they said they need 2-3 days to investigate and blame Neteller for the delay. Well bohoo I've never ever have any trouble with Neteller in August. When I point out the fact the representive switch to another excuse such as "we have thousands of accounts and errors occur".
How come inter casino processed my cash in in 3 days just recently? I really don't know who I should blame. Ecash? peak? or Neteller?
I really hope I can settle this as soon as possible. Anyone else have similiar problems with them?

Still nothing from this casino group (omni, sand etc)!!
I made my withdrawl request at August 15 and still get nothing at Sept 4. It is highly unusual. All the emails I sent were unanswered.
Anyone got paid by them recently?

Its OK i got the money today although they are still sticking to the blackout excuse.
Yes ecash are a bunch of idiots.Especially all the crap with littlewoods you cant play on a different PC that the one you downloaded from so you save the info on a floppy or keep setting up new accounts.
They mixed up my us and spanish PINs.I had to set up new accounts there aswell.
I have changed address and now i have to set up a new account at the Ritz club, wont let me change in the casiino.
Terrible but at least they do pay fast.
Micros may have a better system but slow pay just drives me mad.

My last withdrawal from Omni took a few extra days last time by Neteller.
My last withdrawal from Casino 8 Online took three weeks by electronic check.
I had been used to next day or the second day at the latest from Cryptologic casinos. I am pretty sure the problems were from E-cash Direct rather than the individual casinos. E-cash Direct is generally reliable, but when there is a problem, their customer service is pathetic.

I agree with KX. Although I don't know for sure I always suspected that E-cash held the money and that the the casinos got paid their profit less software fee leaving the player's money in the hands of E-cash and so protected.

I didn't think Crypto casinos had anything to do with the payment processing?
As far as I know ECash Direct is responsible for all payments. And I am certain Cryptologic isn't going bankrupt

Hmm...same here, made a withdrawal from Sands on 08/13/03. They've never failed to pay so I'm not too worried at this point. I'm more worried about Grand Banks from which I have almost a $2000 cashin...they never can seem to get rid of their super slow-pay habits...although they've always paid in the end.

I requested my withdrawls on both omni and sands last Friday. Now you two really get me worried.
I'd call them after a week of waiting.

Anyone had any problems with cashing out at Omni recently.I cashed in a week ago to my neteller and it is not in yet. They gave me an excuse that neteller were affecting by the US blackout! and the problem is due to this.Well i contacted neteller and they had a good laugh at that one.
Anyone else get this crapola?
