Even if I did remember, the information from this long ago is irrelevant now. They used different software and different cash processer. Haven't played at Geisha in a year or more.

This was with their new RTG software. I can't understand why in my realplayer account the amount was taken out (not available for reversal anylonger) however, it doesn't say approved yet. The accounting dept. just wrote saying their waiting for confirmation from their banking dept. We will see I guess.

I can tell you that Geisha does pay. It may take a little more time, but I would definitely check back with their CS again. Two weeks is a long time, even for $6K.
Was this win before they switched software? Maybe a prob regarding banking from old software.
In any case, check back with them on this.

I bumped up an old thread of someone who has gotten paid by Geisha in hopes of a reply. I have contacted the accounting department and was told that my request and information was submitted to their banking department and when they got a confirmation number they would email it to me as my payout is still pending. Also was told that because they are international, it sometimes takes longer than 7 business days. Since it is such a large amount of money in question $6K, I can't help but have a knot in my stomach of wondering if they will pay. I didn't choose any bonuses, and my plays were clean. I'm just curious if anyone else has gone through this procedure also. This is my first large winning, and I'm a little anxious.

gghhi, you bumped up a 3 year old thread... not exactly the best way to get current information.
GL is now RTG and pays in my experience relatively quickly (<1 week) for a Neteller withdrawal. I don't know about their wire transfers. You might wanna call them and find out what's up.

I noticed you received a cashout winning from Geisha by bank wire. Did they pay you? Where there any problems, and how long did it take? I requested a wire transfer 2 weeks ago, and it is still pending.

There is nothing wrong with Geisha Lounge. They offer good promotions. I played there for the first time three weeks ago on a buy $20 get $20 free new player bonus and cashed out $80 ahead. Then they had a buy $20 get $21 free and I did that the next day and cashed out $70 ahead. Got both checks within two weeks. Last week they had a buy $20 get $25 free. Cashed out
at $1,800 after hitting a Royal. I opted for the direct wire transfer. I figure their constant bonus' make up for the fees on it. Checks are free.

Well, to their credit at least they are one of the quicker snail mail payers; I got my check for my meager $30 winnings from a no-deposit-required bonus in 2 weeks.

Just read the cash-in rules for Geisha Lounge. Bad enough they're running the "old" ersion of MicroGaming software, but according to the site, re: credit card withdrawals,
"This method is mandatory if you have previously made a deposit using your credit card.
There are currently no charges for withdrawing money ia your credit card."
Which, if you have more in your account than you have charged, leaves you with 1)Snail-mail, 2)ACH transfer, which costs $30.00, or 3)Snail-mail.
There's gotta be a better way to do this.
