Classing Red Dog as Video Poker and therefor excluding it from fulfilling the WR sounds too stupid to be true. Maybe the CSR was still under the influence of his/her weekend intake of party drugs. Anyhow, I found Gaming Club to be one of the fairest casinos around, although ery slow with payments.

Sounds like it's the CSR that's a moron. Did you get the message that Red Dog is considered ideo-poker by more than one CSR? If that's really their policy it's completely absurd. It happened to me a few times now that a MG denies my cash-in only to process it after I complain. Guess they just hope I will ask no questions and loose it all. Stay on this and DON'T play with the money.

Gaming - Club deny his own promotions terms again.
I registered on the 15/9 receive the signup bonus and wager the full amount which to my country is 20 times d+b in REDOG
My cash out was reversed I called the support and they told me that in their database REDOG is considered a VIDEO POKER game and ideo poker games are excluded to my country
I explained them that REDOG is under the category of TABLE GAMES in the casino (VIPER SOFTWARE) and even don't close to a ideo poker game but they insist it is ideo poker and deny my cash out of 700$
Shame of them for not paying a winner!
Any help will be apppreciable.
Every time this group doesn't make profits from a promotion they find an excuse not to pay, last time it was a blacklist now it is the game fault
