How about it FL. Does someone using Neteller of Firepay have to give you their bank statements. And why do you have to have their full credit card numbers? I think it prudent for players NOT to supply them. The first four numbers and last four numbers should be sufficient.
FL?

Got an email offer to try this place, made a 20. firepay deposit, wagered it(+) and got a 30. bonus. managed to get through the wagering and cashin with a 75. profit and then the garbage starts. They asked me for copies of older credit cards that were used at other FL sites years ago and then complain that what I sent them was too dark (even though scanned by a high-quality HP scanner and accepted at any place I've ever sent them to. Mr VP of ops, why so much BS for a lousy 95. cashin?:

They've been doing that for years.
Hi Jydeman,
I know you are talking about suggesting charge back. But funny, they apparantly have been taking winnings. See this thread at Bet 2 Gamble.

You should not have been told to perform a charge back and I am busy dealing with that issue. I apologise for this irresponsible advice and applaud you for your stance on charging back a purchase.
bart: Thank you for playing with us. I will attempt to answer your questions.
Fraud is not only classified when a player has received a bonus. In many cases, players enter fictitious details, stolen details, etc in order to open multiple accounts. In this specific case, kenr did not receive his bonus as the account was locked before the bonus was allocated. The intent / attempt of a player to defraud a casino is regarded enough reason to apply fraud management policies.

The only reason why we were unable to refund back to his credit card is because our processors cannot do so in certain instances, depending on card issuer or bank.

Whether or not player fraud is involved, telling a player to do a chargeback to recieve his deposit back is just absurd. Not the type of response one would expect from a "reputable" bunch like Fortune Lounge. Their Customer Service reps always seem a little misinformed and unhelpful, but this is simply an idiotic thing to tell someone to do.

Hi FL,
First, glad to see you here. I am a FL fan. I bet most of us here are.
Second, I checked your terms and conditions.
The player acknowledges that casino management may reverse any or all funds out of any casino account, which is, in its sole opinion, dormant or undesirable. Any "real" funds i.e. not promotional or bonus funds (dealt with in terms of additional terms and conditions) in any such casino account will be claimable for 6 (six) months thereafter unless the reversal occurred as a result of what, in the sole opinion of casino management, it considers to... | | Read Entire Entry |

Thank you for yuor help fortune lounge.
If I have commited fraud which I am sure I haven`t, bar logging in on someone elses computer, then keeping the winnings is acceptable.
What is unacceptable however, is being told by a CS rep that the only way I will get my deposit back is to do a chargeback.

Sounds like a job for Spearmaster.
This is really a problem because Fortune Lounge is so prominent and holding winnings after the fact is rogue behavior. No matter what the reason.
Fortune Lounge are you out there?

I joined Platinum Play recently after seeing a banner on a website.
I deposited $20 to try them out and got my balance to $50. I had not recieved or requested any sort of bonus.
The next day I tried to log in to see if I could turn my $50 into a $100 and found my account to be locked.
I contacted thier live help and was told that I was on a high risk list and they would be keeping my winnings and returning my deposit. They could give me no more information than this.
I think as I wagered my own money I should be entitled to my balance when they decided to lock my account, afterall if I had lost they would not have reimbursed my deposit.
In effect the casino had a no lose situation. If I win they keep the winnings, if I lose they keep my deposit.
To make matters worse I had the following email regarding the return of my deposit.
