Don't play there. They stolen my money.
I registed and deposit in early Sept in Old Port Casino. After recevied the 200% bonus, I played BJ well over the required wager requirement by then and cashed out $400+. For 4 weeks, they first ask for my ID, utility bill, fax back form, then they require a non-webbased email address. Finially few days ago, I received this in email:
Dear (...),
Upon reviewing your casino play, and as stated on our Terms and Conditions, your playing tendencies have been deemed to be classified as an advantage player. We have refunded your original deposit and your account has been and will remain closed.

I did nothing wrong and simply play and win. They just find any execuse try to not pay you. If you lose, you will not hear from them; if you win, they will steal your money and not pay.

They use their own proprietary software.......
When I questioned the odds I was given on my second day of play(ie 4 of a kind carrib poker to dealers straight flush), they guy said that they were tested by safebet, and I told them that safebet was owned and runned by RTG, the guy didnt reply, all he said, is there anything else I can help you with?
I said, yeah, answer my damn question..
What fools...I am sick of these casinos, I think some can play fairly, but I also think they have the control to set the games for you to lose.

Has anyone sussed out what the software is on this casino, yet?
Although it had a reference to Safebet in the boilerplate copy I think it's generally agreed that this does not appear to be RTG software, and Old Port have ignored several emails asking them for clarification.

Its doesnt matter now anyways....I lost it all.....either they were screwing me,or I had the worst luck in the world. I went 40 $5 hands of Let it Ride today without getting jacks or better once. Also In Carrib Poker I got delt 4 Kings with $50 bet, the dealer hit a Straight Flush...
Im not playing there again, I think they have the control to fix their games, which we are all noticing at many casinos..
Anyway, All I donated to them was $20, so I am not sad about it....
I am sick of these places though, its hard enough finding a casino thats fair, now we also gotta worry if were gonna get paid or not....
The casinos should just make a games called "are we gonna pay you" and you make a bet, and a big wheen spins that has all "NoPAY" symbols and one "we'll pay!" symbol. At least we can have a straight answer that way!

thats not good new. Well I made sure With "MArk" from live chat that I fully surpassed the wager req, and I did not play any of the games that would cause conflict with the wager req. and I have to fax in the form to them for neteller. The form they want me to fax does not make any normal sense. Its basically stating that I cannot dispute the deposit of $20 I made with them. So, If I fill out that form, and they dont pay me my winnings, then I cant even get my deposit back cause I signed the form. I hope that wont happen with this case.
Also, For MAX, you have a Banner for Old Port casino, are you sure this place is legitamate to be promoting the site?

Scummy operation all around. They may accuse you of being a bonus abuser AFTER they've awarded the bonus and AFTERyou've risked your own money, and deny you your rightful winnings.
You may get lucky and be paid but many others have not from these crooks.

I signed up and played at Old Port casino. I dep $20. got 200% bonus, I just hit 4 aces with small $2 bet on let it ride poker. Hit won me $306, not bad for small betting, but imagine if I bet $10 or even $25....
any Finally got lucky after losing at other casinos.
Anyone know if Oldport PAys out? HAs anyone gotten paid by them? How long does it take? Was the transaction smooth?
any help is appreciated
