I couldn't agree more on 32Red. At this point, I really only play casinos that pay, like clockwork, within 24 hours, and the list includes 32Red (I'm curious as to why anybody would now play a place that requires you to wait several days for a payout).
To my mind, there are only two things that would improve matters at 32Red -- (i) if they would upgrade to the Viper ersion of MG (yeah, yeah, I know it's all fixed . . .); and (ii) if they would process payments over the weekend (like, say, iNetBet, Casino365, Crockfords and some others). Otherwise, the place is outstanding in every respect. I have never experienced the slightest glitch there.

Yep service is ery good. But i closed my account there. For heavens sake i left this casino with profit. Because i have "sworn" myself, i leave a casino at once when a bet number doesn't come more often than 8 times within 1000 spins, but all other numbers at least 16 times. This happened now and i left. Maybe many people will think that is a strange behaviour, but such events happened so often to me. And always when such things happened an incredible bad run had started and i lost and lost and lost at the casinos.
By the way i play only roulette.

I usually come here with problems but this time i would like to say the 32red has definetly the best customer service ever.
I just signed up to the poker for the 50$ bonus and each time i sent an email they responded within 10 minutes.one time i got a responce in 2 minutes!
I love dealing with a casino like this.I was getting really sick and tired of crypto messing up PINs(Will hill) micro not honouring bonuses and not even bothering to respond to emails(Aces high).playtech taking forever to pay up (Casino Las Vegas and numerous others). RTG just not paying.
Maybe if the other morons could look at 32red and see how they pull in players due to good word of mouth maybe things might improve,but i doubt it.
Most of these places seem to be out to make easy money with the least possible hassle without thinking of the long term.
God if even 20% of them were like 32red it would be heaven!
