I finally got paid today. It took about 10 days after I sent my fax back form, about 2 weeks since I requested my cashin.
The fax back form is the usual form with your signature saying you did make the deposit, nothing unusual.

hhcfreebie, have you been paid by them yet?
You mentioned that you have to send a form for your cashin, is a purchase agreement form that you need to print out, fill in and then fax back (or scan back into your pc and email)?

I have played at these casino 4-5 times in the last two months.
No problems. Takes about a week to get the cashin to Neteller.
A friend is having a terrible time with Extreme. Been going on 6 weeks. They want complete copies of bank statements and utility bills. Deposit was through Neteller.

They stated clearly in their T&C that I can withdraw my deposit, they even mention an example of this in their T&C.
However if I want to withdraw an amount more than my deposit, it must be more than the total of deposit and bonus.
Of course I already fullfilled the WR, unless they change the T&C recently.
I've heard some no-pay / lockout issue about this group in other thread. Do they label players as "bonus xxx" easily and refuse to pay?
As long as all the T&Cs are met, there is no reason whatsoever for casinos to oid winning/deposit or bonus. They can lock accounts, only after they pay up.

Although they had a bad reputation in the past and although RTG I can tell you almost certainly that they pay. Please let us know if they pay you and when
Don't forget you can cash out only if you have d+b and winnings over the bonus and to wager it 15 times.
Casino extreme,Ruby dragon and casinoheat are considered good RTGS to my taste

I've tried one of their sign up bonus.
Based on their T&C, I met the WR and cashed out my deposit then loose all the bonus.
A few days passed, nothing happen and I had to email them.
I was told later my cashin is returned because they don't have the form. I sent the form on the same day and was promised the cashin will be processed on Oct 8 (Wednesday).
Nothing still so I email them again, this time I was told they process their cashin on Oct 15.
Will they ever pay? What's others experience?
