Cloud/Curran is such a jackazz he posts about how the TVS players are all getting paid back. If that were true Im sure many players would have commented on the paybacks on this forum. To date I've seen maybe a couple of hundreds. So keep this in mind when you play and Cloud/Curran casinos such as Crystal Palace, High Rollers Lounge and TVS casinos, if you play there you are playing at a casino run by a theif who will rip you off any chance he gets.

KX, I beleive the song goes 2 out of three aint bad, not 1 out of 10. The real story is that Crystal Palace and its owner/operator is crooked and should be avoided unless one wishes to incur some serious hassles. Sure this 1 person got paid, but how many others have been ripped off.

Yepp, CP has really been found guilty of terrible behaviour to their players. Despite that it is important to know what really happens and get a iew that is as correct as possible. Obviously they do pay a selected number of customers while others get screwed.

If I were to recommened a casino to a friend, CP would not be one of my top picks, but this is not based on my personal experiance. It seems like the number of thumbs up out weighs the thumbs down and I do not want to steer people to CP if they are really that bad. If I wanted to send someone to a casino the will not pay 100% of the time I will send them to Winners Playground.

I surely beleive that your friend got paid in 2 days, but the fact is what has taken place in this thread and the number of other players CP and Cloud/Curran has ripped off in the past and currently, as well as the fact that there is no recourse if you do run into problems, that players should not frequent these casinos so that they may run their course and find themselves out of business. There are far too many better casinos out there that a person can play with irtually no risk of problems, why take the chance by playing these scumbag casinos? I did and look at the result....I just hope I can prevent others from making the same error in judgement.

I was surprised myself when I got the email from WOL promoting crystal palace. To drive home the point made above, CasinoMeister doesn't do RTG mediation. And Julie is gone from Grumbles. That leaves..... no one.

My friend registers at Crystal Palace on Oct 6th, get the $150 match bonus, wins $157 and receives the $357 in her neteller 2 days later. Then again I am the same guy who won and got paid at Neomax, Prism and Virtual casinos so who would ever beleive me.

Its disappointing to see that winneronline has begun a working relationship with this criminal element by advertising for them. Will WOL work as a mediator when CP rips off a bunch of people? I guess websites are interested in strictly money and are foriegn to the concept of integrity. I just hope people arent sucked into playing at this criminal casino.

I don't have the patience to follow everything that is going on here, but I do have to repeat what Caruso said that the fact they posted these guys real names is too unprofessional for me to even consider playing there, regardless of everything else going on. Even when someone hits a large jackpot at any casino, i dont think his name is released unless the person consents. And the casino manager here could have presented his case in a much more professional manner.
I think because RTG software is honest, most RTG's cant afford to hire casino managers with half a brain. Maybe this is why MG casinos usually have decent service.

Just a bump to keep everyone aware of the scummy ways of CP and Oliver Cirran/Warren Cloud.
KX, perhaps that is why you got paid, myself I stuck to BJ and perhaps presented my self as a bonus hunter although my betting was fluctuated greatly. From most RTG sign up bonuses now it appears all they want is slot players, ery few allow BJ for WR and the ones that do pump the WR for BJ through he roof, even VP at most. I guess they are trying to keep their image a little cleaner by not even giving players a chance to win statistically, thus making it so they dont have to steal as much money anymore.

Ive contacted RTG with no response...big surprise. Just another quick reminder to avoid TVS, Crystal Palace and High Rollers Lounge for 2 reason, 1) the owner/operator is a snakey crook 2) there is no recourse when they rip you off. I learned my lesson I just hope I can prevent others from making the same mistake. If you are looking for a good RTG though, I recently played Grand Aces and Geisha Lounge and was paid to neteller within 2 days after cashing out.

BUMP, just wanted to keep this issue in clear iew. The casinomeister has told me to go through RTG with my complaint (understandable, who would want to deal with an a@@hole like cloud anyway)so I'm guessing I have no recourse other then to keep other players informed of Warren Clouds criminal ways. Stay far away from all Cloud operated casinos including TVS, Crystal Palace, High Rollers Lounge and Extreme and Heat. They may pay you once but you can be sure you'll be scammed, ripped off or stolen from at some point. Or have your name written in a public forum. Bottomline, do not support such scumbags. There are to many solid casinos out there to play at a cybercrook run crap hole like Clouds operations.

was not gonna post- but..... fair??? honest??? wager increased on second win 50 times and get 37 runs of 1 and 13 of more than 1... switch and wager more on 2nd of casino and suddenly casino gets 41 of 50 multi and 9 of single. PLUS gets runs of 7,7,8,9 out of 50. Honest? Online casinos are CHEATING BIG TIME by changing the ODDS????

Don Fortune (aka Warren Cloud) of Crystal Palace and I have been in email contact regarding other players disputes at TVS, which Crystal took over recently with the active involvement of RTG head Michael Staw and the previous owner, one J.C. Jones.
Among other things, Fortune claims that the complaints posted at message boards like this are all from fraudulent players caught out by his casinos and locked out.
He is clearly a gambling man, because he offered $25K if I could present to him one genuine event where his casinos had screwed a player! I have suggested he search the archives here and at GG as a start.
I am hoping that *Fortune*, preferably in collaboration with Staw will shortly issue a statement regarding what is owed and by whom in the TVS mess.

It seems appropriate for the CP exec to come back and document his accusations against donnybrasco. If he can do this without naming names the CP reputation might not become totally clean but would certainly become more positive than it presently is.
