I checked out their webpage and it appears that their bonuses are sticky. I'm just not a fan of sticky bonuses. If a casino is going to advertise a bonus and I manage to survive the playing requirements then that casino should wish the player well and hand over the bonus. As I said above I'm not a fan of sticky bonuses

Despite of the fact that they are fair or not... Fortyplus does NOT PAY!!!
I have my first withdrawal at their Casino pending for weeks now and they kept telling me about "technical problems" as a reason for that. Now live help has been unavailable for a several days and my emails are getting totally ignored, not to talk about my withdrawal...
I hope they are not bankrupt already!

I think you can let people choose to display their stats online to all or not. While some will and some won't do it, you will still have a nice amount of stats of random peeps.
You could even go further, summarize data in graphs and pay out percentages.
ps. i also noted you send me an email, this one caused again to freeze my email client. WHAT are you doing with those emails?

It has to be said that I had my best VP experience here of all the odds on casinos I tried, and it helps they have 25c minimum as all I played have 50c with the exception of "All Poker". At all the other I busted out mainly due to a low bankroll and the high minimum bet.
I did come close to busting out two or three times only to be saved by some ery good hands and lately getting 4 deuces at the DW game. I was even upping my initial bet and got the required 4OAKs when needed to put me ahead and then some. It may just be me being lucky but if you wanted to hear a good experience about 40+, then here you go.

Good point. If you read my first post on this thread you will know that I am not bashing your casino. I just express my doubt after reading TG's report.

No, the software is not rigged at all and the WR give the players a fair deal, everybody has the chance to win. I'd assume you are playing max coins with Jack or better. Since you play 4 hands at once they are dependent on each other somewhat so the odds of loosing that much is between:
(1) you bet 5 per hand. In this case your chance of loosing $250 in 2165 wagered is 31.13%.
(2) you bet 1.25 per hand. Your chance of loosing $250 in 2165 wagered is 16.04%.
So you had a bad luck, Things like this to happen is between 16.04% - 31.13% which is pretty common to me. Don't use win poker to compare your result as the ariance is too high for ideo poker and the outcome is not comparable.
I'd suggest you to take Alan's offer and move on. Heck I lost money in 40+ sign up deal as well and I didn't get a second chance.

cjack, i've had the same if not worse luck at several casinos.. and while playing winpoker. the ariance with VP can be enormous, odds are you had bad luck.. I'd take up Alan's offer, 40+ is a good casino and OO is fair imo.

Alan is right here. It's not uncommon to lose 250$ in a 2165$ wagering. That is a 11.5% HA but if you don't get a single 4 of a kind in 1732 hands that is about right. It happens, especially with power poker. If you don't want that kind of ariance play single line.
