I received a similar note. I take it to mean that if you agree to deposit and play more without bonuses, then everything is OK and you can keep playing in the event/bonus offers.

Perhaps at some point in the future though, our accounts will be the first to be reviewed to see if players with restored accounts have kept up their end of the bargain.

LOL, it's not entirely your fault - I've seen better English:

"Those players whose gaming action will not reflect a non-bonus play..."

Vahe, Thank you. I got an email today as below. I really respect your hard work and appreciate your favor even I am taking a short break from this hobby until Feb next year (with Holiday coming and oversea trip... I called it budget control. LOL~ )

English is my second language and I have a little hard time to understand this email. The only thing I can understand is they reopen my account now.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear xxxxxx,

My name is xxxx xxxxx from the Operations Department at Cassava
Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd.

At Vahe?s request we have reviewed your account, which was closed by
mistake, and decided to re-open it.

I would like to bring to your attention that our promotions are designed
to reward our members for the risks they take. Those players whose
gaming action will not reflect a non-bonus play will be denied an
opportunity to participate in our promotions and...

I have reviewed accounts of those who wrote to me because they were blocked in connection with a bonus play.

I would like to mention that although we are dealing with thousands of players and mistakes are possible, we don’t take them lightly and ask you to contact us at manager@casino-on-net.com whenever you think that the action taken in regards to your membership was not justified.

Back to your cases. I don’t think we should have blocked your accounts and I am discussing the possibility to re-open them with the relevant managers.
At the same time, I think we should restrict some of you from participating in promotions for a while. Although you don’t do anything wrong and don’t break the rules, the only action we see from you is during promotions, when the House is at disadvantage. Yes, we organize and run these promotions to thank players for their non-bonus play and we expect players to take advantage of them. At the same time, these promotions are possible because of the n...

We are big and this is thanks to being fair, paying on time, and providing good service.
Now, because we are big, our actions are more scrutinized and if we make a mistake - it will most of the time be misinterpreted as a deliberate action to punish players, winners, etc.

We don't punish winners and blocking is not an easy procedure. However, if someone has been blocked by mistake, we will review and open the account. I have said this many times - if you think we didn't treat you right, please write to the manager@casino-on-net.com. We don't receive many complaints so the manager can afford to review your case and find a just solution or just explain our decision.

Tropicana already sent me his details and I will respond to him shortly. Others are encouraged to do the same. Put it to my attention, if you wish.

Thanks,
Vahe

At this point, my basic rotation consists of iNetBet, 32Red, Crockfords (and Star City), Global Player, Cherry and Casino365 (though I dislike the fees). SuperVegas may make it in, depending upon how things go. Each of these places pays quickly and without hassle. They don't junk things up with a bunch of quicksand bonuses. It's just straight-up stuff -- they hold up their end of the deal, and I hold up mine. Given the square play you get from these folks, one wonders why anyone would waste time with an outfit like CON (very literally, given what appears to be their slow-pay, we'll get to you when we feel like it, and maybe we'll just boot your behind out anyway because you won attitude).

caps, I totally agree what you said here.

When I started playing at online casino at April. I was all over the new casino and bonus they offer, like a little kids going to the candy store and grab what ever is "Free"... But I lost most of them (because I only play slot then). I played at a lot of big casino and small casino. CON, Intercasino, Fortune Lounge casinos, Gambling club... Lady Dream, Goldebetting, Realwin... I was ery dare to jump right in (didn't use my brain)

Now, I choose casino. Only few casino I know it's reputable or was recommand by people I trusted. Sometimes, I took bonus if they offer. Sometimes, I play on my own. The email from CON was a shock because I wasn't doing any bonus hunting at the time they lock me out. I simply deposit without bonus and played. It was ery unpleasant to receive this kind of email. But I guess I am not the only one.

Well, I learned my lesson. I will only played at SuperVegas or Crockfords now. I deposit when I wan...

Arrogance. Big operation; slow pay; indiscrimately ban players who make the mistake of enjoying some success. Don't like it? Tough. We're CON, and we have such a large base of uninformed players who think we're really the nuts that it doesn't much matter how we actually treat them. Intercasino takes pretty much the same approach.

I'm down to playing about five or six different operations -- none of them huge -- who seem actually to appreciate my decent-size repeat business. I ery rarely play bonuses at these places. When I win with my money, I get paid -- fast. When I lose with my money, no tears -- that's gambling. This trumped-up bully-boy stuff from places like CON is just for the birds. There are too many other places out there that alue loyal customers and treat them well.

Personally I'm not too impressed with Mr.John McNally. I know they run a big casino and all but they aren't to accurate on who they ban. While they did get rid of a lot of bonus hunters this past year. They also got rid of some players who were not bonus hunters at all.
I know some regular losing gamblers who got banned for just winning a few times in a row without any bonuses. Also know some who only play bonuses who are just fine. Go figure.

I am regular player in Casino on net, Reef Club and Pacific Poker. They were my favourite casinos and poker room.I never did anything contrary to the rules. I got some bonuses from them, but I am not bonus hunter, I played a lot. And I am high limit player in their poker room. I play there without any bonus.
I got this email:
