Hey guys, thesmacker is actually my brother who helped me make the site. Rainfall if you have cases of English Harbour theft please email them to me at guru@casinoguru.org. I myself have never heard of such cases, but if you have substantiated evidence then I would be willing to remove them, but as I'm sure the majority of players would agree that they have on the whole been a great casino.

Yah, it seems to me that there is something a little fishy with theguru... why post under two different aliases to promote your site (Im assuming you and "thesmacker" are the same person, correct me if i am wrong).
Why not post under the name that alot of people on this forum already know to promote your site? You might get more traffic...

Speaking of playing with thieving casinos.
Casinoguru why do you have english harbour banners? They've stolen a tons of winnings and returned deposits to players in the past.
Just goes to show unless you are playing with CON or intercasino your money is not safe.

As much as I feel bad for the people who have had their money wrongfully taken away I must ask 1 question...What were you thinking? Depositing money at casinos with heinus reputations is such an irresponsible thing to do. Yes, this group of casinos is run by unethical miscreants and their behavoir is a disgrace, but c'mon have you not read the horrible things that they have done in the past. The worst part about it is that there is basically no recourse, unless you made your deposit ia creditcard.
I cannot emphasize enough to players that being informed on a casino where you are considering making a deposit is the best way to avoid these types of situations. And if you are going to sign up to a casino why not go through a site that is known for problem solving such as the Casinomeister so that if their is a problem you have somewhere to turn.

Hearing stories like this one always makes me feel like starting a small clean-up with my baseball bat!
Making money out of lies, wrong accusations and unethical behavior as to be seen here does not earn any better.
Mrose76, you made a big mistake by putting (so much) money into this rogue moneyhole but this still does not change the fact.....

Same thing happened to me too recently. It seems that just about every casino nowadays is coming up with the bonus abuser epithet to deny winnings. I remembered hearing somewhere that this royal casino group had gotten better under new management and decided to reload for a small amount. More than fulfilled all wagering requirements and made a profit on top of the bonus only to have it all revoked. I'd be lucky to get my original deposit back. Of COURSE, on another recent occasion I lost my deposit taking up one of these bonus deals and they never said a whit. I'd have to say that the phrase "once a crook, always a crook" at least applies to this group.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.

This is out and out theft, and these people at the Royal group (Heat/Extreme etc) have been in the business long enough to know that what they are doing is totally unethical and crooked.
They know that before declaring a player a bonus abuser they should pay out all winnings, bonuses and deposits legitimately due if the player has complied with all the T&Cs and is not otherwise fraudulent. AFTER THAT THEY MAKE THE BONUS ABUSER DECLARATION AND LOCK THE PLAYER OUT.
This is deliberate and premeditated theft.

It's a shame.
The reason they can get away with it is because no matter how many people the steal, others will still play there. Case and point is your problem. This casino and it's group are known theives, yet you still played.

i played at casino heat on october 4. i deposited $2500, got a $750 bonus, cashed out $3260 after more than meeting their wagering requirements on $25 ideo poker and high stakes blackjack play. for a month and a half they would weekly deny my withdrawal with some new excuse, which was making me ery frustrated. then finally they said my faxback forms were approved, i had re-requested my withdrawal, and i was set to be paid today. today they deny my withdrawals AGAIN and i get this email.
